Nothing at all!

Our stay was perfect. We were in room 23, and it was beautiful. The views from the window seats are perfect. We chose this hotel due to having tickets for a show at Scarborough Spa Grand Hall and the location could not have been better. We headed straight out the front door to the hotel, walked across the road and arrived at the cliff trains, £2.20 return and we were at the bottom and pretty much on the Spa doorstep. Again, the gentlemen working there were chatty, polite and helpful too. Every single member of staff was friendly, polite, helpful, and exactly what you'd expect at a hotel like this. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was immaculate and lovely tea/coffee making facilities with yummy biscuits too! Breakfast was included in the price for our room. This was delicious! Again, all staff were helpful and happy! I realised on the journey home that I'd left my phone charger in the room. The person I spoke to on reception was happy to collect and post it to me! We are already deciding when to visit next, and we'll definitely be requesting the same room too!

I was hoping for a few more small toiletries ie shampoo /conditioner as stated in descriptions so had purchase from the shop.

Just back from 2 nights staying at The Weston, we had a 3rd floor Seaview room. The views were spectacular The staff were excellent, and really helpful throughout. Parking was simple, and the breakfasts were fantastic also. We cannot wait to return!

The restaurant was closed for evening meal. King bed was two twin beds pushed together but the beds were a different height.

Very small sea-view double room was very small with very little storage space. Staff did what they could to change our room which was slightly better.

Everything about the Weston Hotel was outstanding. The rooms were spotless, and all staff members were welcoming and ready to help throughout our stay. The hotel itself is well-situated; the tramline is within walking distance, so you can enjoy the bustle of the seafront during the day, then retreat to the hotel for an evening of relaxation. It's hard to find a hotel that feels luxurious and homely at the same time, but the Weston does it perfectly.

It didn't matter but one of the days the lift was unreliable. It is very small.

Breakfast was fantastic and what a treat to get served for all the courses! Tasty and dining room looks over the sea views. Room was number 14. It was on the second floor and it was roomy and comfortable. Dinner was good and we ended up eating 3 out of 4 nights.

A beautiful period property that has been lovingly maintained to a high standard. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable with wonderful seaviews. Refreshments were replenished daily, which was very much appreciated. The breakfast was excellent - cooked fresh to order and the staff were very attentive, nothing was too much trouble. The parking outside the property was an added bonus and very convenient. Not too far away from the action but far enough from the hustle and bustle. The owners should be commended for the obvious care they take of the hotel and it's rich history. We will definitely be back.

Fantastic location, quiet and a lovely view across Scarborough. We arrived to check in slightly earlier than 15:00 and we were checked in quickly by the lady on reception who was very welcoming and pleasant, she informed us we had been upgraded to a sea view room! The lady also sorted us a permit for the car to be parked outside the hotel too. The room was cosy with plenty of tea and coffee, a stunning view of Scarborough from our room window. We didn’t eat in the restaurant this time as we ventured out into Scarborough town but we will be coming again in the future! Breakfast was also very good, fresh tea and coffee to your table and a good cooked breakfast! Overall a very pleasant, comfortable stay at the Weston Hotel, thanks very much guys!

very small restricted toilet and shower area for such a large room.Could have still been a big room and had bigger toilet/ bathroom

Great sea view room on 3rd floor.nice lounge and bar area very clean accomodation.staff all extremely friendly and helpful. Cliff lift across the road from hotel handy for seafront and promenade.
