The shower/bath is functional but a bit tired. Bathroom fan was not working & there is little ventilation.

Very convenient for the town, railway station & buses. The house is quite compact, tidy & comfortable. Although it is close to all amenities it is in a quiet location. Like the stable door allows the top to be opened for fresh air. Useful bench outside to take off boots (we are walkers). Not far from the old town.

Excellent location down a quiet road only a short distance from Eastbourne centre. The property was clean, albeit compact, with good facilities. It was nice to use the garage, though it was a bit of a squeeze, and if you’re planning on doing the same, check your car dimensions!

Parking was hell! The property owner provided scratch cards for parking but no spaces were available, I was constantly moving my car even the long term car park expired at 4.00am meaning I had to go out in the rain and move the car late at night. We were constantly hounded by traffic wardens. Not just by the property Eastbourne is Parking hell on Par with Brighton. Every parking meter involves a long process entering your vehicle reg and so on. When are local authorities and politicians going to understand declaring war on car drivers (Holiday Makers) and killing businesses with Uniform Business rates is a one way ticket to deprivation and poverty. Why are so many High Streets failing we keep telling you your not listening.

The house was exceptional, the owner has clearly gone to great NO! extraordinary lengths to make this a nice holiday home. I really feel for the owner because there is a big but. See below

parking could be a challenge as my car too big for garage but permits were left for road but not always easy to get a space. would be great if there could be a tumble drier as with small kids sometimes need to wash a few things.

We throughly enjoyed our stay, the property was perfect as was the location. Within walking distance to both town & beach. The host was very quick to respond to any questions both prior to & during stay. We would highly recommend.

Nothing we picked a goodun it’s right next door to the station (convenient) but never heard a train.

This property not only boasted being in a great location but was also modern in decor with a great layout and powerful shower, with the addition of a garage for off street parking although they did supply parking permits if needed. Would recommend and would stay again.

If I'm being picky, it would be that the shower was over the bath and as I was with my elderly mum, she found it slightly difficult to get in. However, that is a minor issue and we managed.

Perfect location, close to shops and within walking distance to the sea front. Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Happy feel to the seaside themed decor.
