The decoration and furniture throughout the hotel was looking tired and dated, but that said everything worked and done what it was supposed to.

Great location for Wembley arena and stadium, on-site parking with barriers on entrance and exit included in room price, reasonable prices in the bar and restaurant, we had a suite on the 9th floor with views over the city, comfortable room with plenty of storage. The staff were pleasant in all areas of the hotel , reception, bar and restaurant and maid service.

It's a little bit aged in the rooms. Hairdryer lasts 10 seconds before cutting out to cool down. Would stay here again though.

Staff are excellent. Staff work very hard and are lovely to deal with. Location great and car park was added bonus. Good food available all day long too. Got 2 rooms here for family of 4 for same price as 1 room with bed and sofa bed in nearby alternative. So good value for money.

The room was very squeaky on the 9th floor, including the bed which was not comfortable. The shower pressure was not great and the water went cold quite quickly.

Location was perfect for Wembley and the staff were friendly.

The front of the venue looks like it belongs in a murder doc. There are smashed windows and missing letters in the name. The lift is honestly the worst lift I have ever set foot in. Whoever designed it is cruel. It was like being in a mirror maze! Just awful! The TV was fuzzy and there was no plug next to my bed.

Fairly cheap and a good proximity to the venue I was going to. Large room and bathroom. Air con provided in the room and a kettle, iron, hairdryer. Very interesting rules for the kettle on the back of the bathroom door.

The mattresses are very uncomfortable Room is very dated but functional. Hotel has potential to be something grest with some investment. No sockets by beds is irritating for more than one night stays

Parking is a bit tight but apart from that everything was fine

Break fast was good even had halal meat for breakfast which was good. Someone put mess outside our door we informed reception and they got it cleaned up

All staff encountered were welcoming, friendly and polite. We were attending a concert at the arena that day and arrived super early at 6am . The night staff were great and recommended where we could go to wait for a few hours and advised what time to come back to see if we could get checked in. Which we did 1&1/2 hours later which we were super grateful for. Great location literally around 1 corner to the arena and all amenities. The beds were super comfy and the room was generally clean (surfaces like the desk and bathroom fittings and lamps could do with some attention but nothing a quick wipe didn’t sort. Rest of room was spotless. Nice towels and linen. We were missing a kettle but this did not bother us so didn’t ask for one. Also no tv remote so couldn’t change the channel as no buttons on the tv but again this did not bother us as we were out and about. We were in the first floor and with the windows closed we could barely even hear the busy traffic outside which was fab.

a thicker duvet or an extra blanket could have been appreciated, especially during these cold days in London

the location is ideal, especially if you have an event around wembley/ovo arena (little plus for the view on the stadium)
