Breakfast has very limited options compared to to price, duets are not comfortable for sleep during winter

Very old building. There was a hole in the wall where the air conditioning unit was half fitted/ broken.

Non existent Wi-Fi lets the hotel down considerably

Rooms need attention. There were lots of dust and cobwebs on the wall In general the hotel could do with a little upgrading but it did not spoil our stay. However, prices did not reflect the quality of the hotel as I feel we over paid just because there was a popular gig on. Not sure if it was the water or the kettle, but could not make a hot drink as the taste was disgusting. We asked to have a cup of tea at reception in the morning while waiting to leave because of this (we were not booked in for breakfast due to leaving early). I explained why we had not made one but was told no! I also wasn't prepared to pay a £10 room charge on top of a £4 room delivery for a cup of tea when this service was supposed to be included.

It was ideally situated for the arena. They allowed us to book in earlier.

Property is quite dated, in need of lot of care and renovation. Beds are not so comfortable , bathroom looks run down. Strange smell in the room as well.

Location is quite good, walkable distance to Wembley Stadium and Wembley Park station, easy access to Central London

The toilet door didn't shut and no shampoo or soap in the room. The room is also a bit dark and in need of modernising. However, at the price it is an acceptable stay for a couple of nights.

The location was good with free parking to the front.

The hotel is very dated looking but this isn't a major issue as it was clean and comfortable. The tiling floors outside are very slippy when wet so be mindful about that

The room was decent size, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was fine with no issues. Great location if you are going to wembley ovo arena - plus there is a big shopping centre there too with restaurants. Train station is less than 10 minute walk up the road to the hotel

Fire alarm at 11pm

Rooms were spacious though dated, bed was extremely comfortable and hot water was always available. People should remember this is 3 star hotel with fantastic location, good connections to central London and at moderate cost.

The heating didn't work in the bedroom and in December was very cold. The safe also didn't work. The bed needed an extra duvet.

It's very close to the arena and stadium and the tube station. Bed was comfy and bathroom and good size. It was pretty quiet too.

Heating didn't work, kettle was dangerous as it didn't switch off so just kept boiling until you unplugged it.

breakfast was cold , i understand it was a full English buffet but it was cold. continental breakfast was overpriced for my daughter as she could only eat toast as there were no other options for her due to her dietary needs.

The room was a little cold, but the radiator worked so that did help and it was December!
