We stayed in the Brunel Suite, the room was gorgeous and really spacious- our little girl had her own bedroom which was great for her (and us!) the decor was lovely and the breakfast was delicious- couldn’t have asked for a nicer experience!

Absolutely nothing

We recently stayed overnight at Welbeck Manor and it was an unforgettable experience. The exceptional staff made us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we arrived. Our beautiful room was a perfect blend of comfort and luxury, with stunning decor and modern amenities. We also enjoyed a fabulous roast dinner that was both delicious and beautifully presented Every detail of our stay exceeded our expectations, and the impeccable service made it even more special. We highly recommend Welbeck Manor and look forward to returning.

We were called regarding a party being held on our first night. We arrived at the hotel and were offered two different rooms in case of noise. We were happy with either. We were not affected by any noise. Our only feeling was we had booked an evening meal, which was in an extension, it was mainly glass, it was cold but the staff put the fitted heaters on. Guests at the party came in several times to take chairs for their party. There were only two other diners, when we ate. The food was excellent.

Hotel in pretty location with views. Excellent food! Polite and helpful staff. Breakfast was served in the main restaurant which had a lovely ambiance.

Location is excellent, the staff are very friendly, the cooked breakfast was very tasty, and the rooms are exceptionally clean, comfortable with plush decor even in the standard dog friendly rooms, all that added to a most peaceful nights sleep , thank you Wellbeck Manor will definitely be returning for our third visit !

Arriving in thick fog wasn't fun but this is no reflection on the hotel whatsoever. Would book again and stay longer. Only stayed for one night.

Room only - electricity wasn't working on arrival in our room. The Staff didn't hesitate to move us to another room. The other room happened to be a lovely upgrade to a family suite. My daughters were over the moon and want to stay again! Nothing wrong with the first room - from what I saw in the dark! Lovely courtyard room in nice setting.

It is a beautiful hidden gem, rooms are amazing staff are wonderful even helped me keep it a surprise from my partner who thought we were just going for dinner.. food was scrumptious with no long waits. Our stay was so peaceful and relaxing. The view of the gold course n Devon hillside is just beautiful also

The courtyard room looks impressive. Dog friendly which is ok but I have an assistance dog and could have been put in a room in the main building. The bathroom was cold with inadequate heating source. Shower and room needs deep clean.

The location is beautiful. If and when the full renovation is completed it could be stunning

The reception was a little cluttered, however to be fair it did look like it was being decorated. This really is me nit picking as the stay was brilliant.

The bedroom was very relaxing (great lighting and interiors). The bedding was very clean and luxurious. Room temperature was perfect. The bathroom was very clean and the shower was great. A tasteful selection of coffee and tea within the room. Truly excellent stay. The Breakfast tasted amazing and the restaurant was extremely classy. Polite and efficient staff.

I only stayed 2 nights wish it had been more and weather had been better to permit a round of golf !

Beautiful views, the Manor House has been tastefully renovated. Staff all helpful and friendly, room was clean and extremely comfortable.The chef should be recommended for well cooked and presented evening meal and breakfast. Even managed a quick nine holes of golf on the course when we arrived.
