If I had to be picky, the TV. Although a great size, but it was connected by aerial, and couldn't watch anything as the image kept freezing and getting distorted. However, easily overcome as I had my iPad with me and out came Netflix.

Location for my purpose is superb. Having had stayed before I knew what to expect. The apartments are very well presented and in a great central location. Always a place I come back to when I get to Inverness.

Showers were barely warm! None of us got a decent shower, the water would not heat up, barely even warm, let alone hot. Linens and towels are very tired and worn. Time for an upgrade. Wifi was slow/poor.

Thin walls, I could hear the adult extra curricular activity in the next apartment. It was quite uncomfortable. Beds were a bit hard.

Sofa for 2 people, need a corner sofa, especially if there are 4 Adults Nowhere to hang your clothes, also need hooks on back of doors No lift. My dad struggled to get up all stairs. Towels not great quality

Unfortunately we were surprised to find our room having a not well isolated window right opposite a pub with daily live music. Also the host did not respond to problems with warm water during our stay or the request for a second blanket. The bathroom had a bit of mold in the shower cabin.

The apartment was right on a lively road with lots of pubs, accessible via a public car park about a 15 min walk away. The bed was comfortable and the TV was working.

When I booked this apartment it wasn't clear that it was just a room I was getting. They are called 'apartments' and all of the pictures show bedrooms, living rooms and a kitchen. This was a very small bedroom with a small bathroom, although they were both very nice, I wish I had known it wasn't going to be an entire apartment. It was very dear for being a small bedroom and bathroom. The location was central, however it was very very noisy.

The bedroom and bathroom were lovely and clean. The room was warm.

Duvet cover clean but torn. Plates did not fit in dishwasher or drainer. Plug did not fit in sink so difficult to wash up.

location in centre of inverness. Apartment was clean and with all the equipment needed (oven, dishwasher,big fridge, microwave and tv). Nightlight was excellent as this particular apartment had essentially no outside lightsource. Local Coop downstairs. Very helpful staff looking after the apartments

It was extremely noisy!! There’s a pub right opposite to the window and the apartment is not one bit sound proof. The noise went on until late night

We didn't like that the mattress was very uncomfortable and wasn't enough hot water for two showers.

We liked that the apartment was central of town and we were walking distance to the shops and restaurants.

First room was hot and the window overlooked a dark small alley with a dove. Linnen bedsheet had a large hole in it.

The personnel was very accommodating when asked for a different room after the first room was too hot and the window overlooked the next wall approximately 0,5 - 1 meters with a dove flying away. The other room (number 12) was great.

I emailed the host twice before we arrived with no response either time. I also directly asked about their "no under 25s" policy and I believed the answer to be incredibly general and ageist, as not all under 25s trash accommodation. Re the cleanliness, the freezer and inside some cupboards were missed and someone else's toiletries were left in the bathroom.

We were delighted we had a suite with a kitchen after being disappointed when the booking stated room only. The place was (generally) very clean. See below. Great shower!
