We stayed on the new Tiger Bay floor, which was beautifully decorated. Gorgeous views! Great breakfast! Staff are so lovely here. Nobody passes without greeting you.

The room temperature was showing 30°+ even with the air con on, we even asked at reception and had an additional standalone unit added which only circulated the hot air even more.

It was located in a good place with some amazing views of the bay. The facilities were clean and very nice to use. The staff were helpful and friendly. The food/drink was served to a very good standard and promptly. The room was big, clean and freshly decorated.

Our room wasn’t ready by 3pm

The room was great, we had a balcony room with a beautiful view of the bay. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice and quality ingredients. Lovely pool and jacuzzi, plus the changing room was very clean.

Our bed mattress was a bit uncomfortable.

Our room was newly refurbished. It was warm and clean. There was amazing view on Cardiff Bay from the window and balcony. The breakfast was fabulous. SPA in the hotel is great. It can get bit overcrowded between 16.00 and 18.00. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I would like to thank Richard Enticott, Guest Services Manager, for his excellent customer service skills and ability to resolve problems in a very efficient and customer friendly manner. I would like to express my gratitude to the masseuses Kanchan and Marzena from the hotel SPA. They are gorgeous! I recommend it to anyone who suffers from back pain. They know what they're doing!

The breakfast could have been a bit better, there was no fresh pressed juice and a little few choices for this hotel category.

The room was warm, clean and the bed very comfortable to sleep in. The view over Cardiff bay was amazing!

The property collects a deposit of 50Pounds per night which I can understand but the refund process takes much time.

The property is located at an excellent location. The staff were very helpful and we felt safe staying in the area although the it is a quiet city. Cardiff Central railway station is closer to the property and easily accessible via Taxi.

Shame we had to pay so much to park in the hotel car park. Would have preferred a walk in shower rather than the very high Bath to get into for the shower.

Guests should be notified in advance if Gym facilities not available as some guests make a booking here because of your facilities. Also for coffee lovers, maybe some instant coffee in the room

Staff were amazing, welcoming and understanding to the fact that the gym wasn't available to us on arrival. Breakfast and dinner were fantastic. With a lovely atmosphere and music in the dining room. Saturday night, lights were very bright and the atmosphere not as good as other nights.

Some of the staff are extremely chippy and if you’re English don’t expect to be served until all the Welsh that arrived after you are served first.

Very modern, and the suites are a great size with amazing views. Also the dockside area around has many interesting bars and restaurants. The bar at the Everyman is well worth a look.
