The doors to our "first" room would close really so (it would take about 10-15 seconds for the front door to shut and you can't force it either). We also had a little issue with the power to the room and the extractor fan in the bathroom wouldn't close so it was active all night but this was solved by the staff members who were on shift very quickly and moved us into another room which was really nice.

Staff were incredible and very supportive when we had an issue with our room and got this issue solved immediately. The bar/ restaurant was very lovely and very clean as well. Breakfast was quite cheap and was worth every penny. Cleanliness in the rooms was really good and there wasn't no mess from previous residents. There is also a Starbucks on site as well which is really handy for morning people.

Bus service into town could be more frequent and get you there quicker. Hotel showing signs of wear and tear. The business park in which it is situated is apocalyptic - there are so many empty offices.

Downside, only two usable 3-pin sockets making charging phones and gadgets a nightmare. Although it's a clean room, it's outdated with everything.

I stayed for 2 nights while on a trip for training & work. The restaurant staff at breakfast on Thursday, 16th & and Friday, 17th of May, were an absolute pleasure. I was greeted warmly by pleasant charming girl (unfortunately, I don't know her name). I was in a hurry to catch up with work, so she went above and beyond to look after me, offered free bag for food collection, a takeaway coffee cup, and then she went to find me a tupperware so I could get some hot food. This kind, generous, and caring girl is an outstanding & beautiful staff member showing how proper hospitality and attention should be. She made me feel like I'm in my home away from home. The food was brilliant, hot, and fresh. There was a decent selection for hot food, and also pastries, cereal, porridge, fruit, fruit juices, etc.

The barman was the highlight of our stay. He was such a professional and catering member of staff. He is new to your business, I don't remember his name however he deserves a management position in the upcoming months in my opinion . I believe he's only worked there 2 weeks. So please make sure he gets the credibility he deserves.

Went to chill after working so hard. Pool full, music belting out. Packed so couldn't do anything. Waited 40mins to go in the jacuzzi. Steam room and sauna full also. Pool and gym used from ppl outside the hotel. Fan didn't work in our room. Light beside the bed didn't work either. No decaf tea in restaurant or starbucks. So no hot drinks whilst I stayed.

We had a nice quiet room. Nice and clean. Staff were very friendly.

We booked an large double and it wasn't very big definitely only a small double. The shower was leaky so has to listen to it dripping all night. We had an early book in for 1, we didn't check In till 1.30 and still had to wait for the room to be ready.

I couldn’t get the heating to work and there wasn’t any instructions (not that I could find) the room was very basic and a draft coming from the closed window. Hair in bath (under the taps) apart from that the room was clean.

The TV wasn’t working properly but that didn’t affect our stay and we mentioned it as we checked out so sure they will sort it.

Location great for us. Rooms clean and good size. Tesco express 5 min walk away so could pick up things for the room. Staff all fabulous. Bar staff happy to provide ice buckets and glasses to use in rooms.
