This room seemed to be above the gym, and the noise carried from downstairs. My second night was in a different room, further from the gym, and was perfect.

Great location, great facilities. Grateful to the staff for their help when I asked to move rooms.

The mixed grill in the evening was a complete rip off ! two little pieces of meat and a few other rash ins. Not worth the money. I felt like I was ripped off for £20 +

Love the property, the only thing I would like to see is a fridge in the rooms.

The style and design of the Hotel was absolutely fantastic. The furniture not just in our room but around the hotel was so interesting to look at, the seating area with fab seats plenty of tv’s. We the there last weekend when Man City V Chelsea were playing. I was very impressed with the way you can walk to the bar and can still watch football as there were screen’s in every angle above the bar. The Shower room was really cool with the sliding door and privacy button, never seen this before in other hotels, best shower room ever. The colours were modern bright, It was exciting wondering what the other areas of hotel looks like. Free parking over weekend, We forgot about the sauna gym swimming pool so could not use as we had not brought swimming costume.

Perfect location for Hampshire clinic (only 5 minutes drive) There’s all standard facilities for a hotel and you only pay an extra if you require additional charges if you need to use such facilities. That makes it good value for money too.

Really comfortable very large bed, large TV and funky bathroom with screen that can be clear or switched to privacy, which was quite neat. The decoration is a very modern theme.

Not enough sun loungers or seats around the pool people leaving towels on beds and not using them, not enough towel hooks. couldn’t put heating on in room, only air conditioning working, got chilly in the night. It’s the second time now and this weekend they never had the steak again, should have put a sign up in the restaurant or just take it off the menu.

Rooms was clean, had the option for late check out and free parking. Only had to pay £5 for the spa facilities and gave free towels and lockers. Gives you option for discounts like breakfast etc.

- Limited staff around at check out time; so there was about 20+ people around for just one staff member in a queue .. - Parking was a little confusing; you’re entitled for 4 hours free if you’re using facilities; but if you’ve already stayed the night you can’t take advantage of those free hours if you’re using the facilities at the hotel? Which I think is unfair.

The see-through shower and toilet area (albeit with controls to make it frosted) was a bit strange. Would have liked some water in the room or at least some glasses to put some in. These are just minot issues though

The facilities were really good and the room clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful, particularly the lady that checked us in and out, and I'm annoyed I can't remember her name. Breakfast was good value for money

A quieter place to have a drink in the evening, felt like a sorts bar, which is great for me (male) but my other half would of liked a quiet area away from all the tv's.

Breakfast, was nice. Had better with large selection but also had a lot worse.
