tv guide on remote hard to work - and half the time no information available. bed very soft. having to have breakfast in room - lack of choice, eg no fruit. no instructions for coffee machine. poor lighting in room. our room was classed as accessible (because I have knee arthritis and there was no lift, it was the only ground floor option to book); whereas the bathroom/wet room was obviously set up for a wheelchair user (which I am not), there is no way a wheelchair would get into the room or be able to manoeuvre around the furniture! also, the two handles on the wardrobe door had screws sticking out on the inside - I caught my arm on one nearly every time I opened a door. they need covering/capping

Steep stairs down to the dining room. So people with mobility issues beware. The dining room appeared to be a converted cellar and rather souless. Being served with a quarterful pot of tea that wasn't particularly hot was lacking in thought. The bedroom was smaller than we expected and there were no instructions on how to operate the TV.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The bed was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was excellent along with the lovely spacious shower. The tea making facilities and the hairdryer were very welcome. We were very grateful when the cleaner located my alarm clock which I had forgotten.

The toilet seat wasn't fixed on properly, forgot to mention this before leaving. The bed was also very solid. This was great for my boyfriend and his back but not great for me being 32 weeks pregnant. We did use the bath but the water didn't run very hot, so ended up enjoying it lukewarm.

We were very lucky to be offered an upgraded room when we got there, which was amazing. The breakfast was also great and catered for my gluten-free diet.

thin walls we could hear the people in the room next to us, we were also next to where the staff store laundry / cleaning supplies and we were woken up by staff opening and closing doors and talking right outside our room at 7:45

Breakfast was beautifully presented in a hamper and delivered to our room on time by a friendly, courteous staff member. The location was perfect! Staff were friendly and the room was spacious and comfortable. Also, liked the inclusion of a robe and slippers!

Shower was a little small. There was also noise from some of the other guests, but that was no fault of the hotel.

Room was a really good size and well decorated. We had good views and decent access to the city. Bed was massive and really comfy.

Perfect location, lovely quiet room with everything we needed and really comfy bed. Staff were great, very helpful with leaving luggage and with loving us to first floor instead of second without us asking as I have difficulty with stairs. will definitely use it again.

Amazing location just 30 seconds from all the shops/colleges etc. Staff really helpful when I left an item behing they were very helpful and efficient in posting it on to me.
