I think there was parking included but it was not made clear where this was so we ended up paying to use a local car park.

In the centre of Worcester, very nicely decorated, good communication in the lead up to our stay, a brownie on arrival was a lovely touch.

Everything was great, no complaints!

The room was excellent, great size, comfortable and nice design. All the facilities and extras you would get in a hotel except its quiet and more private! It was easy to self check in and the instructions were straight forward to follow. Fantastic location, easy to walk to bars, restaurants and local sights of interest. The staff in the Fred's downstairs couldn't have been more welcoming with delicious delights on offer and an excellent cuppa! Who could ask for more! Price is great compared with competitors but you get more privacy and much better service. 10/10!

My friends in lower room said they could hear a baby through the night and their room was quite warm Car parking a little pricey and ended up more complicated but think that was the fact we had 3 cars for 2 rooms

An excellently located hotel with plenty of nice bars and restaurants a step away but also only 10 minute walk into the town centre. The hotel itself is decorated impeccably to a 5-star hotel standard - I would say the most beautiful I have seen (and I have stayed in plenty of places!). The manager was very helpful and did not hesitate to answer any questions or be of any assistance. It is definitely worth a stay!

Won’t ring with everyone, but the bed was very soft. I know this kinds picky. But I had a bad back next day. Also no real facilities for the price that you pay. Also hidden fee of an additional £10 for car parking. This wasn’t advertised.

Wonderful apartment, we stayed in the Broadway room. Lovely vaulted ceiling, comfortable bed and complimentary tea/coffee and water. Spotlessly clean. Very easy check in, ideally situated for nearby pubs and restaurants. Cafe downstairs a added plus for breakfast, staff in there very friendly. Would definitely use again when in the area.

for the price I expected at least a smart tv, or more features. otherwise, this was just a standard hotel room (upstairs 1st floor room in a three story building).
