Staff was welcoming and friendly. :) Breakfast was mega. :) Bar area had pool table and loads of board games to choose from. Nice and cosy place with fire places.

Doors and other banging noises. There was also an alarm at almost 3am that woke me and my husband. Other than that it was a lovely stay.

Staff were very accommodating and friendly. They are very nice actually. Food were amazing! View in front of the hotel was beuatiful with the mountain and trees.

The room is not great but it’s good enough for staying with a friend on a hiking trip.

Enjoyed the stay. The manager was really good fun and incredibly helpful. The restaurant was really good and the bar a lovely area to relax in.

We stayed overnight in preparation for an event my son was completing.The rooms were lovely clean and very comfortable .We had a meal there in the evening and all four of us enjoyed our meal.Breakfast was really good all staff that we came into contact with were friendly and helpful. We would all recommend this to friends and family and it’s a must for any traveller.I also noticed dogs were made welcome which I understand is important to many searching for good accommodation.

Lovely place to stay! V friendly & helpful staff. Comfortable, clean rooms with lovely views. Food was locally sourced & delicious. Be sure to book a table for dinner as the bar & restaurant are very popular.

The decor of the Inn was perhaps a bit dated, but it didn't take away from the experience. The kitchen wasn't open on our arrival day so we had to travel into Betws-Y-Coed for dinner.

Dan the owner was very accommodating before our arrival as I emailed about food allergies and he replied promptly with some great information. On arrival the location was amazing, with beautiful views of Snowdonia national park. There is a bar attached to the Inn which serves breakfast and dinner. We had breakfast on our second day and it was delicious. The room was cosy as our group of 4 stayed in the family room, but the beds were comfortable and the room suited our needs for the short stay.

Good dinner and Breakfast. Good owner and the team. Free Board game made kids fun. Their offered pack lunch which made our sightseeing more effectively as we had small children, so could take it in a car. Thanks!

There wasn't much choice for a "continental" breakfast. A selection of fresh fruit (not just bananas), dairy free yoghurts, gluten/wheat free options and pastries would be appreciated.

The staff were really nice - very attentive and friendly. The cooked breakfast and food served in the evening was very good. Our bedroom/bathroom was clean. Lots of games in the bar area.

The food was delicious ! The staff were extremely delightful, interesting and sociable. Lots of good advice on hiking trails, especially if you want to avoid the crowds but still get the best views and really good walks/scrambles. Owner was especially lovely and had lots of tips about the local area!

Dan the owner was very welcoming and accommodating. They also had a small games room which had a pool table and darts. Opposite the hotel you have the opportunity to go on a walk to explore the mountains.
