Twice a day, it can get a bit noisy when the scholars go to and from the local school. Other than that, the apartment was fairly quiet.

There was a little bit of traffic noise outside the bedroom windows, and you can hear people walking and talking by the bedroom window at night. It will be good to have some bedroom curtains to block out the sunlight.

The property was cleaned and comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay.

A minor issue, but I'm a light sleeper and prefer pitch black in the bedroom. It was an early start for me the next morning with the white, vertical blinds at the window.

Contemporary, well-appointed apartment. Spotlessly clean throughout. Being met by the host on arrival was good. He gave directions on where to find free parking nearby. After 5 p.m. is the best time to find a parking spot. The property is in a secure location with locked, gated access. Well-positioned for the Jewelery Quarter.

This is a lovely, comfortable apartment with everything you need if you’re staying any length of time in Birmingham. About a 10 min walk into the city centre, it’s conveniently located. The host is very friendly and accommodating. He flexible on arrival time and allowing us some extra time on the day of departure (due to me not feeling well). He responded to any texts promptly.

The bedsheets and towels were quite old and pilly, and there was no bath mat available. It would also have been ideal if there were hooks to hang my coat and in the toilet to hang clothes. Further, it would have been great if a drying rack had been provided. Do note that you have to provide a 200-pound deposit, and you need to have a UK bank account. (The owner of the property said he would return the cash to me on check out, but was not able to make it last minute.)

I like how airy and spacious the apartment was, and the kitchen was well-stocked with utensils and cutlery (tho, unfortunately, the stove was not working well). Ample towels and rolls of toilet papers were provided too!

Little sparse on linen, no T towels, only 2 pillows. Being on ground floor very hot because cannot leave windows open

The only downside is street parking. You are restricted to a maximum of 4 hours close to the apartment however, a couple of streets away its free and safe so its not a major issue.

Everything was fine, perfect location for decent bars, restaurant's and the city centre.

Blinds shut out zero light (as in photo), so bring an eyemask! Bathroom tap was leaking, but have reported it, so hopefully now fixed.
