The back of the property got a bit too warm and the hot water system was a bit noisy.

The bath in the 'family' bathroom needed a non-slip mat to make the shower easier to use. The en-suite shower didn’t have anywhere to put soap, shampoo etc. No chopping board in the kitchen. Hard pillows. Complicated process for returning keys if you are leaving by car.

Great location for central Glasgow, with excellent facilities, including a central courtyard garden and free parking. We had a bird's eye view of Celtic fans celebrating their 2024 League win, and the impressively efficient street clean-up afterwards!

I wish we had stayed longer, 3 nights was not enough.

Upon arrival I was met by Bryan who was both friendly and helpful. Parking was excellent with an allocated spot that is in a secure parking garage in the building. The apartment was bright, spacious, clean and very comfortable. It was also extremely well stocked with everything you could need in the kitchen. Thanks for an excellent stay!

We needed more than 4 pieces of cutlery to allow for cooking eating etc. no need for dish washer as we had to wash up most meals. We needed larger oven trays to cook more than one thing. Needed the washing machine….a washer dryer. There needs to be a machine manual as we couldn’t get the drier option. These were small things but could improve the apartment.

Location was good. 15 min walk to George square. Hop on/ hop off bus stop 3 was close by.

The entrance off street needs upgrading like painting . The washer needs instruction, no matter what we did it ran for more than 2 hours.. we could not get it to dry well. The set of knives on counter are blunt. Full length mirror in a bedroom would be great.

The kitchen has all the utensils but it would be great to have salt pepper and oil, hard to cook in a short stay without those. Older style apartment

There is a 100 GBP security deposit required (payed online few days before arrival). It was returned in 2 days after we left in full so not really a negative, but something to keep in mind. There could have been a bit more in terms of cutlery and pans available, we had to wash a few by hand as we'd go through them all before the washing machine was full with other things. The building has recycling bins for plastic+paper but somehow not for glass.

The host Ronnie was very nice, he was very flexible with our arrival time and explained everything about the apartment clearly. The requested crib and high chair were provided and good quality. The location is extremely central in Glasgow, but despite that the area is generally quiet.

The price was a little higher than other accommodations, we only booked because we were booking late due to another reservation being canceled last minute.

Ronnie was very easy to work with, get ahold of and accommodating! Getting our keys was easy and convenient.

Ged the host met us even at short notice when I had to change the time this was not a problem. The second time staying in these apartments we were not disappointed it was lovely plus the extras added toilet roll, kitchen roll, tea, coffee etc Ged even brought up more dishing washing tablets. We had a balcony that was lovely with a view of the clock all was clean beds were very comfy. The shops are less than 5 mins walk lots of places to eat the bus station and train station are close about a 10 min walk. We also had a car parking space which was great and very secure. Thank you we had a great stay.

Great location, within walking distance from several train stations and the main shopping center. Our apartment was nicely decorated, immaculately clean and had a lot of space - it was the ideal base for a group of friends. The staff were also very helpful, approachable and easy to contact. We would happily stay here again.

It’s a great flat, there wasn’t anything we were unhappy about.

Check in was easy and Ged was very helpful. The flat was clean, spacious and quiet. The kitchen seemed to be well equipped but we ate out every day as there are so many great restaurants in the area. We would definitely stay here again.
