Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Owners where fantastic very welcoming for me and my family , very friendly with my two young boys and no hassle anything we asked for , also helped us with guidance to local Parking for the couple Of days as no parking at hotel . Very well situated in between all amenities in Blackpool. Hotel was very quiet in the evenings also which helped us get a perfect sleep ,absolutely zero complaints and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if I’m in Blackpool .

The hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming from the second we stepped foot through the door. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Everything you needed was provided. We loved that we could interact with their dogs, especially our son. The breakfasts were great and the hosts were very accommodating with making breakfast for our son. We would definitely recommend staying here and will be back when we come to Blackpool again.
