We had a few slugs getting in from somewhere- not a major issue.

Lovely complex with everything you need for a set cater style holiday. The property was presented well and clean and has good heating for colder seasons.

This was our second stay at Timber Hill and I would highly recommend to any families looking for a getaway. The location is fantastic, a great base for exploring the area and ideal for the boys to do their very own exploring within a safe, secluded space. The on-site games room was also a hit!

    Liked everything about the property.

Beautiful location, very scenic surroundings, right next to the coastal Broad Haven village. Cottage was well provided with all amenities. Mathew was there to help us settle in and respond to all our requirements promptly. Enjoyed our stay thoroughly.

The property is gorgeous and in a beautiful location too! The living area is extremely cosy and has wonderful heating. If lucky to have clear skies, then the stars are beautiful and you wake up with the birds chirping in the morning. Really enjoyed the stay!

It is a ten out of ten stay for us, only suggestion would be a grab rail over the bath to use when showering.

Lovely quiet, secluded location with absolutely idyllic views. Property was spotlessly clean and so warm and inviting we didn’t want to leave. Plenty of space for everyone even our two dogs. Great storage in bedrooms and kitchen had everything you need with a welcome pack of sachets of tea, coffee, hot chocolate, milk, sugar and biscuits, a nice touch.

Would be good to have more facilities such as a shop/cafe/restaurant on site but that's definitely more of a want than a need as the lodge had everything we needed for self catering

Location was perfect, secluded and quiet within the lodge park but still very close to Broad Haven which had everything we needed during our stay - a shop, a pub, fish and chips, and a beach! The staff at Timber Hill were quick to assist via WhatsApp when we needed anything. Our lodge (39) had a parking spot directly outside which was perfect as we had my Nan with us so didn't have to walk far. The lodge itself was ideal for our stay, we were a group of 5 and it felt plenty big enough for all of us at once. The listing said one room had bunkbeds but actually was 2 single beds which worked perfectly for us. The outside decking was ideal for sitting with a drink to listen to the sounds of birdsong. We would come back in a heartbeat!

There were some funny bugs crawling around in the bathroom in the evening. Leaving some cleaning products for the bathroom and toilet would be great as we stayed for 7 nights.

The water pressure wasn't the best but everything else more than made up for this.

The location of these lodges is incredible. We loved following the woodland walk down to the beach, there were rope swings and lots to see along the way to keep the children entertained. The beach itself is beautiful, clean and lots of rock pools to explore. We also found the guide book left by the owners really helpful it directed us to some fantastic places to eat and another beach (Barafundle bay) within driving distance that was a real hidden gem.

A little shop or honesty box would be great as if you forgot something you’d need to pop in the car (bread/pasta/wine for example)

Very difficult to go walking for someone with slight walking problems, especially when the ground and grass is wet, only having one toilet between six people in lodge.

Beautiful views spacious, and quiet. Comfortable beds, warm and cozy.

The weather was very wet which meant the steps down to our cabin were flooded and just puddles the grass was very slippy to walk on. I know weather is out of owners control but maybe they could re think routes to get to the lodge that won't be affected if heavy rain occurs.

Very cosy and warm cabins. We'll kept with everything you need. Games room on site is fantastic. Beautiful location. Lots to do around the area. Would definitely go again and recommend to others.
