Parking a little tight for my van, good job I got there early, advertised sound proof wall's unfortunately far from it, people came in at 2am could hear everything, rooms also very small.

Nice location next to the river, comfortable bed,good WiFi and TV with bonus of Netflix, good breakfast.

The facade, breakfast room and bar are a bit outdated, but those are minor cosmetic issues.

My mom and I got an unexpected upgrade and the room was beautiful and very clean. We loved that you could see the Avon and willow tree from our window. The staff were very friendly. We went to The George pub and the other one across the river and they were excellent- all in walking distance. A bus takes you to downtown Bath. ( bus stop is 4 walking minutes)

It is quite a narrow road getting up to the hotel, so it's a bit difficult to get to sometimes.

Great service, parking available, luxurious and clean room with great views in a charming location. Got a free room upgrade.

Bed was abit uncomfortable and had to pay extra for parking. Plus only accepted credit card which I don't have which was abit inconvenient.

Both wines we ordered from the winelist wernt available, we were given a more expensive alternative and charged more for it. Paying for parking on site as well as paying for your stay is also a bit of a money grabbing exercise. Hugely understaffed in my professional opinion,reception abandoned whilst the receptionist ran the bar until 2pm with her own job,1 kitchen staff(chef) and one bar staff who did an amazing job doubling as floor manager and waitress. The lack of a server/order taker just turned it into a mediocre experience when it could have been so much more.

Shower wasn't easy to work out and food took ages to come out considering restaurant was quiet and we thought £10 for parking was a bit much just for one night

My only negative was the room was quite warm, no air con or fan. We had the balcony door open all night and it still felt a bit stuffy.

Bathroom needs some attention, smelt damp, shower drains very slow and overflows, toilet roll holder rusted, air filter dirty. Room was very hot but noisy when opening the window. Quite expensive with parking at £10 and £11 for breakfast, similar properties offer free parking

The location was picturesque. The bed was comfortable, plenty of sockets, the room was nice with everything needed including iron with ironing board and hairdryer. Good Resturant with nice food

Access to the property is restricted and difficult, poor signage which can only be seen from one direction which is hopeless if coming from the toll bridge way.

Parking can be quite crowded Depending on time you arrive and leave (commute into Bath city for work) traffic can be a bit hectic due to hotel location

I got a room in the main building this time bd the side lodge and it was a great room. It made my stay very comfortable during my work trip.
