The windows didn't close properly, and I could hear workers and people making noise outside at night. Also, the shower was a little blocked. Also the breakfast is very basic, and to have coffee or tea there was a queue.

Finding the hotel was tricky in the dark and in the rain because you have to go up a level. Even though it wasn't terribly late, there were almost no shops open to buy basic supplies (a few kebab and other halal-type places). Not an appealing area, made creepier by groups of young men hanging about smoking and laughing beside the mall next door. The price isn't wonderful considering how simple the accommodation is. I can't think of any other reason to stay there besides catching a flight, but for that, it's fine.

Convenient to Luton Airport. I stayed here - like so many other travellers - to catch an early morning flight out of Luton. There is an easy bus to/from Luton Town Centre and from there, it was a simple 5-minute walk to the hotel. The bus ran early in the morning, making it easy to catch my flight. Clean, basic hotel room contained everything I needed for one reasonably comfortable night.

The air con was a bit temperamental and not so easy to regulate. It was directly over the bed so gave you a slight cold after 2 days

Nothing to dislike. Don't be put off by the exterior it's not its best feature!!

Was a last minute booking at night because of flight cancellation. Feeling pretty stressed out! However hotel was great. Staff were friendly and helpful and room was comfortable and very clean. A plus point is that it is close to train station and not very far from airport.

the breakfast was very good and included in the price. the hotel is next to the Luton Mall and very close to the bus terminal and train stations which made our trip to the airport much easy. they have USB's to charge the phone next to bed which is realy amazing because we did not have the adapters for UK

It's not your romantic gateway :), but I doubt anybody will be looking at it, if that was the goal. The Breakfast is ok, but if you are not in a hurry, maybe grab something from the restaurants/shops nearby.

If you need something nearby the airport for a day or maybe 2, which is also close by the bus station, restaurants and supermarkets in the city, this is a very practical choice. The Staff was really helpfull - John gave us some very practical information about the busses to the airport, as we had to go there around 4am.

Problem with magnetic key cards that did not always want to open the doors to the room and the elevator.

Great location. 5 minutes walk from the bus and train stations. A good, peaceful and quiet base for visitors to London. Friendly atmosphere. Tasty breakfasts. Coffee and hot chocolate available for hotel guests :) For all visitors who have trouble finding the hotel - there are two entrances, one through the shopping center (after the entrance, go up the stairs and turn into the first alley on the left), and the other through the stairs outside the building (to the left of the entrance to the shopping center).
