There was no room to store our luggage when we arrived and the reception wasn't constantly staffed so I was not convinced that leaving it at the desk (as suggested by the staff member we spoke to) was safe.

Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Bed was extremely comfortable. The room was roomy, clean and comfortable. Plentiful supply of refreshments and toiletries.

The only negative was the room view. We had scaffolding outside with a view of a bucket! 😂 And the air con was noisy so we turned it off at night.

The foyer is welcoming, easy check in and friendly efficient staff. The room was really good, better than I was expecting. The decor was lovely, clean and the bed comfortable. The bar has lovely decor and drinks reasonably priced. Well situated next to the railway station and there's a car park to the side for £5 overnight. I would stay again without hesitation.

You couldn't open a window so no fresh air at all. In fact the corridor had a smell artificial air freshener. It wasn't particularly warm weather, but the room always felt clammy. As a result didn't sleep at all well in either of my two nights stay. The air con was noisy. The outside max temp was 16 degrees so you shouldn't have needed a/c. All it needed was a window that could open an inch and let fresh air in. The thermostat in the shower was very slow in setting the temperature to the desired temperature. So ended up with either cold or scalding water quite often. NB I have stayed in the rooms at this hotel with a balcony before. They cost more but I would recommend these over the standard room which I wouldn't recommend

Excellent location next to Swansea Rail Station and handy for all city centre amenities. Close to taxi rank, bus stops, city centre, marina and beach. Decent sized comfortable bed with toiletries provided and complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits

Extreme road noise with heavy traffic giving way to what sounded like street racing later. The plumbing is unpredictable, having to run the water for ever until it’s cool enough to brush your teeth with and doesn’t keep an even temperature when you’re having a shower.

The room was nice and clean. The hotel was extremely convenient for the train and inside was quiet with friendly staff and the location was perfect for exploring Swansea.

A few small items of damage, the bathroom door had a couple of "dinks " in it like it had been hit with a hammer? Broken glass in one of the communal doors in the corridor, nothing major but noticeable.

The room was spacious, which isn't always the case for solo travellers. It was beautifully clean with a decent sized bathroom, the staff were very helpful and the location was excellent. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was probably the best ld seen in any hotel lve stayed at. The Hospitality Tray actually had more than enough tea bags and milk, which is a rarity.

The check in was friendly and professional. The room was on the second floor very spacious and comfortable with a lovely bathroom. The staff in the bar /Restaurant were helpful and friendly the food was good and fairly priced. The room was exceptionally clean and had everything I needed.

It was in the centre and close to everything. The rooms were clean and so comfy. The bed was huge. Lovely little balcony with a chair and table.

Location is pretty noisy as it's right next to the Central Station and there were a lot of drunk people about yelling. No parking at hotel but parking garage is right next door. Older, not renovated rooms are very dated.

Overall nice hotel if one doesn't have too high expectations. The newly renovated rooms are nice and beds are comfy. The hotel bar is amazing and breakfast for 14GBP was plentyful with an option of hot breakfasts and a buffet. Cocktails were good in the evening.

Mattress on bed needed changing( too thin,lumpy), breakfast was reasonable but needed something other than sour bread and a little or no rocket.

Not the hotels fault really but it was really loud outside, could hear absolutely everything, which wasn’t great when trying to sleep. Maybe could invest in some thicker windows to sound proof the rooms? Other than that no other faults at all.

A lovely, modern and clean hotel with extremely friendly staff. Food was absolutely superb too.
