Would be better with a dressing table and stool for doing your hair as had to sit on the floor near the mirror and more plug sockets as had to boil the kettle on the floor but maybe that was just our room

No negatives Just a comment a menu in the room would have been useful. A veggie pizza option (not just cheese topping) would have tempted me into the restaurant.

Absolutely brilliant hotel the staff were brilliant bent over backwards to help especially Jodie she even lent her cost to my wife she wants a medal for everything she does the food was amazing I would definitely would recommend the ribs this hotel is the best hotel in Blackpool plus the beds are so comfy we didn't want to go home 😃

Maybe a little cheaper but that more me than anything, but understand you pay for what you get so all good really.

Staff were excellent, Tom I think the night staff, Luke on reception an the girl outside handing out tickets for the bar had a smile on her face all day, very good location with clean well equipped rooms. No problem from start to finish, would definitely recommend and go back readily.

No staff on reception when we arrived and had to wait about 10 minutes. Key cards wouldn’t work so we had to meet the manager to get the key at 10pm. Wasn’t a problem as we were heading back at that time anyway. Would have been annoying had we planned to be back later than that. I did know when I booked but lack of parking might be an issue for some. Room clean enough but no milk in tea tray and used sanitary towels in bathroom bin from previous guest.

Room was quite dusty when we arrived and despite being newly refurbished you can tell it was a quick job, few corners missed making it look a sketchy job. It’s also not a place to stay for a long period of time as the only storage is 4 tiny drawers, no wardrobe if you’re wanting to have a shirt up. It was nice to see complimentary tea and coffee in the rooms. However, the kettle they had provided had to be plugged in at the other side of the room and put on the window ledge when in use as this was the only plug sockets. Also, no one on the reception during our entire stay. We were left waiting when we arrived to check in, when someone did come they were very brief. Had us fill out a form with our details which asked for bank details for deposit which I’d paid prior which the receptionist wasn’t aware of. Promising! We were then given our room keys and off we went. The receptionist didn’t give us any directions to our room and there was no signage. No carpet on the stairs going to the top floor. We then went out on Friday night and came back around midnight. Doors were locked which I appreciate for security purposes but no one on reception or to be seen. We tried ringing various times. Eventually some one came and we got a phone call the next morning!!! We were never made aware that the doors would be locked at a certain time, we were just informed the night porter would be on at 10pm. Breakfast was very expensive for what we got and service was very slow despite there only being 3 tables occupied. 2 dogs ran into the restaurant whilst we had our breakfast which were dog lovers but not when we’re in a restaurant eating a meal. Also, breakfast didn’t start until 9am which meant we were waiting for quite a while in the morning. This may not be down to the hotel but the noise on the Saturday night from banging doors at 1:30am kept us up. I assume it was from the staff downstairs who were cleaning and shutting down the bar.

Very good location to all the tourist attractions. Room was pleasant and just been refurbished. Very good view. Everything looks aesthetically pleasing. Although we didn’t use the bar or restaurant other than on one occasion they looked nice. Bed was comfy.

It was all new - but missing lot of elements for have a comfortable accommodation.

Booked 2 rooms, 1 double and 1 single. The double room had no wardrobe or hanging space, not even a hook to hang your coat. The single room had a triple wardrobe, but it doesn't make sense. It also had a hook in the bathroom, which fell off when a towel was placed on it. Also had to pay £100 deposit after booking that would be returned 2 day after departure and inspection. I received an invoice informing me of the return of my deposit after 2 days. When contacting the company, I was informed that it could take up to 7 to 10 days to reach my bank. The hotel will be lovely when it's finished it just seems to have loose ends

There was mould in the shower (I didn’t need to use it but it was something I noticed). There was no kettle or loo role in the room. And there was no one in reception when I checked out. It looks like it’s under new ownership and there are refurbishment works still taking place. I’m sure everything will smooth out when everything is finished. It was still good.
