Not a criticism, but the kitchen could benefit from a set plates, cups, glasses etc.

Facilities were great, ideal location for us. Staff & other residents extremely friendly & helpful.

As much as we are greaful for the travel cot In the room it was very dirty and so hard for my baby she kept waking up with marks on her face from the bars under the matters . Maybe invest in a new matters for it a bit thicker .. the bed was beautiful and very roomy but the springs was very hard and poking out in your back when you lay on it.. Breakfast downstairs altho was free no plain bread available or water for kettle . There was a high chair available witch was lovely to see but was so dirty there was a snail living on it The floor was dirty and lots of dust and rubbish in it could of done with a hoover or sweep before hand Also could do with a lamp in the main room so we didn't have to keep the big lights on to see

The noise at night, it was shaking the bedroom. And it was slightly cold even with the heating on.

The location, it was in the centre of everything we needed. Nice big spacious bedroom. Happy with what we got.

There’s nothing I didn’t really like about it☺️

It was in the perfect location, right by the tower so it was in the middle of the coast really and we could easily walk to wherever we needed to get to. The staff were absolutely lovely. We took our dogs with us and they already had a water bowl out for the dogs and even had little treats for them in the morning. Would definitely stay there again.

Mattress and pillows lumpy and duvets old with nylon covers! Didn’t like entrance at the back through an alley which stank of green. Not good when staying with children!

Check in was very difficult, our digital key arrived 12 hours later, the contact details were no longer in use. Another resident helped us get in and contacted the manager who was out shopping

Next door hotel Fire alarm was going off around 1am, however wasnt hotels fault. Was a language barrier but was friendly enough👍

Location was fab. Host couldnt do enough for us. Was so helpful. Small breakfast included which was fab. Great for the money. Will defo be returning, best place in blackpool👍

There are areas of cleanliness that could be improved. The bin in the dinning area, was over flowing and there was flies around it. There was no clean cups/bowls etc, when I asked the staff they didn’t understand me, and just rinsed the dirty ones in cold water.

It was close to the promenade and shops.

There was a strange smell, I think the whole place could do with a deep clean and the bed/bedding a thorough wash. We were content for one night but if it felt cleaner I could have stayed here for a week.

On arrival we were greeted by the very friendly and homely staff. We were shown around and I was so impressed with the size of the space, it felt like a little home. There was patio doors leading to two outdoors spaces, one private for us out the front and one shared where other guests would smoke. There was tv that worked fine with plenty of channels. The property was so close to the beach and the main promenade, we walked, there was also a shopping centre close by but we never used it. All in so impressive for the low price, we expected worse or smaller.

Main lady was lovely on an arrival but closer to the end became ruder throughout the days maybe personal reason. Struggled with English barrier. Room wasn’t cleaned daily and was there for around a week. Was given fresh towels once.

Room was nice and spacious. The breakfast was provided what was certainly good.

No bar area/lift, rooms small but ok if you just want a bed for the night, no cooked breakfast option only continental which was ok

Close vicinity to the venue we were visiting: close to the tower, central pier, town centre, car parks. The owners were very hospitable and couldn’t do enough for you.

Electronic key codes, a couple of ours (party of 9) didn't work but fortunately somebody from the hotel was on hand to offer a physical key card.

The accommodation was very clean and comfortable, great location for the Tower, parking and shops.

The room was too tightly positioned no walking space no bedside cabinet the bathroom no towel rail and when shower was used it was cold turning both ways the tap then it leaked sooo much it wet the carpet outside was soggy the hotel proprietors don't consult the booking.com messages there's no way of contacting the hotel they're never there at reception no fry up at breakfast the room was too expensive should have been £20-25 if there's no fry up

Couldn't open any windows, they were sealed shut, and were quite outdated. A lot of noise leakage due to old wood frames and single paned. Sink tap was very noisy and didn't drain very fast but wasn't a major issue. A few doors down from our hotel were playing incredibly loud music, which isn't good when you have a young child, but finally stopped before 11pm - not our hotels fault though.

We thought we was booking just 1 room for the price we paid, it turned out to be 2 rooms plus private bathroom. Staff were very accommodating, eager to help even tho spoke very little English. Rooms were lovely and clean, and very spacious. Complimentary breakfast was laid out for guests to help themselves. Very accommodating regarding my wheelchair, and insisted on helping us enter the building.
