A beautiful Victorian property with large, well lit comfortable rooms. The property has been decorated beautifully, it feels clean, homely and comfortable yet luxurious. The hosts are lovely and couldn’t do more to ensure that all of your needs are met and the breakfast is amazing! x

Bathroom was separate to bedroom however it was just for me and a robe was provided .

Nice clean room handy for the beach . Very friendly helpful owners Emma and partner . Lovely breakfast . Parking permit given for on road parking which was useful 😊

We thought the idea of pre-booking breakfast for a time slot was excellent, however, other guests must have known to arrive in advance of the time slot as you a served on a first come first served basis. We will know next time.

Spotlessly clean, well equipped with a real feeling of luxury from bedding, to toiletries to hot drinks etc. Easy parking using a permit from the owners. The owners have really thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. Thankyou.

Proximity of properties at back (appreciate nothing can be done about that though) but feeling a bit overlooked with being in rear room.

Friendliness of the hosts Emma & Chris but at the same time being very professional. Great service for breakfast. Room facilities and styling really nice. Love the location around the Esplanade.

Shower cubical was a little tight in our room but this is be no means a fault or criticism of the room. The room couldn't occupy a larger one. I think it's just with knowing.

The room was clean, comfortable and well presented. Breakfast was exceptionally good with plenty of choice. We would definitely stay again when next in Scarborough.

We were on the top floor and found our water in the shower ran hot and cold. Only a half hour window for breakfast. You fill in your breakfast choice the night before (no problem with that). There are 3 times : 830, 845 or 9.00. We selected 845 but had to wait between 20-30 mins for our hot food. Also each day there was a little mistake despite us choosing via the form provided the day before. I think it would be better to have a longer slot for breakfast. I got the impression it was quite a stressful time for the owners as the B&B was full when we stayed.

Very comfy bed with quality egyptian cotton bedding. Large room. Sofa. Good breakfast On-road parking outside - we were provided with a permit Nice lounge area to sit in if you wanted to - including a juke box

Scarborough is quite a hilly area so if you find it difficult climbing steps and hills maybe this place is not for you.

Our room was lovely with a very comfy bed and great shower. Loved the fact there were tea making facilities in the room with a variety of drinks choices and some lovely biscuits. Our hosts Emma and Chris were lovely and very helpful if we needed any info. The breakfast was very good. Would definitely recommend this B & B

Great location for the South Bay with plenty of paths or the cliff lift. The room was very nicely furnished and equipped, and spotlessly clean on arrival. The staff were wonderful; nothing was too much trouble! Breakfast ingredients were high quality and cooked beautifully! We will definitely stay again.
