Accommodation in the family room wa tatty and dark .

The location is quite special but the riverside and the atmosphere sitting outside and in the restaurant is good. The food unfortunately is quite average and the accommodation nothing special.

Having to bring our luggage through the beer garden for a flight the next morning, but not a real big deal.

The cute milk bottles for cereal in the morning. We were in the pod and it was just great.we are planning another night there as a treat just for the music and food.

We knew there could be noise/loud music due to an event but were told during a telephone conversation about this that our room "was at the back" and the noise wouldn't be too bad. Our room, in fact, was adjoined to the area where loud music played all afternoon and late into the evening. We felt that we were sharing a room with the band!

Food was excellent, staff very welcoming and efficient.

Our only criticism is that the car park for the premises has no CCTV. Our rental car was broken into during the night of our stay and we lost luggage. With CCTV footage the Police (London Metropolitan) would have more evidence to try to trace the offender/s and it might deter things like this happening to others.

Excellent restaurant onsite for dinner - continental breakfast supplied in the room on check in for the next morning.

Our flight was delayed in Iceland which meant that we may miss the check in time at the property. I emailed them and messaged through the app when flight was delayed in Iceland (about 3 hours before closing) to request info how we can check in after hours .Got no response ! When we landed in London we were not sure if we would be able to access the property. after paying over $70 AUD for taxi to the property we were lucky that a staff member was still there closing the bar. If it wasn’t for her we would have been left on the street outside. Staff need to check emails and app messages before closing Otherwise the accommodation was good

There was a little music noise coming from the restaurant, so if you wanted an early night, that may have been bothersome. We were watching a film and once the telly was on you couldn't hear it, and it went off at a reasonable time. It said breakfast included but was only a minimal itemed continental in the room. Breakfast in the restaurant wasn't served until 9am, for which there was a charge and we were catching a flight so no good for us. We were hoping for a decent meal before our long day of travel, which is why we booked a breakfast included option, so we were a little disappointed there.

Room was lovely and spacious, very clean, bed really comfortable, nice bedding, great that there's a fridge in the room. Shower was powerful and water hot, temperature in room was easy to control. All very modern, and overall great value for money.

The bed was adequate but a little on the small side. There was nowhere to sit inside, a small table and chairs would be good.

Nice pod right by the canal side and a few meters from the main bar area. Short walk to shops and takeaways. Ideal for an overnight stop for an early flight from Heathrow, literally less than a 15 minute drive to T3.

Although the hot water was not working for hand washing (basin) there was an electric shower.

Friendly staff and excellent accommodation, with attention to detail by the owners. So lovely to have a fridge and complementary breakfast as standard. Room was perfect size, lovely and warm, with view of the canal (about 12' away!). WiFi enabled TV meant we could access all streaming sites. Restaurant food was of high quality and reasonably priced making the whole stay thoroughly good value for money. Great value, would stay again.

Wanted to unwind for the last hour with a little TV. It didn't work, nor could it have, connection to internet was missing. Disappointed.

It looked bigger in the picture. The room was quite small for 4 people. We couldn't all open our suitcases easily in the space.. There were no side lamps so all lights had to go on if you wanted the light on, which was most annoying. The location was nice by the river but the Uber seemed longer than 3 miles, and cost £40 The shower dribbled out and if you like a place warm the heating wasn't great.ans duvet was very thin. There was some breakfast left in the room but two of my friends are vegan/gluten intolerant so they could not eat anything.

The staff were friendly, the price was cheap and the location was quite pretty by the river.
