An outside area for non smokers to eat would be great.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Dinner from the restaurant was excellent. The proximity to the airport was perfect for our needs. The view over the Canal was great. The walk along the canal was lovely.

Breakfast was very basic & the room door lock needs attention

Breakfast was basic but ok. Room was clean & spacious although it could do with a repair on a very loose door lock. Great food & really enjoyed our dome dining experience. Thank you!

Lumpy pillows, the chalet itself was situated very close to two Perspex domes used for dining by parties and both were in use on a Tuesday night - the proximity of the domes felt like my privacy was invaded. I just think they have tried to cram too much into the space they have.

I don't like that only one seat in the room, the bathroom is very small, no light on the path to the room, the breakfast which was one of things that attracted me to the place was nothing to write home about.

I like that the air conditioner and heater in the room are working fine.

I poured the milk on my cereal and it was off. Came out chunky and sour and smelt. Thus no cereal for me. You need to replace milk daily, not just assume it’s ok. The floor of the room needs a good clean. It was a little gritty when walking bare foot.

The meal at night was lovely. Congratulations to the kitchen staff. I would eat there again and have already recommended the place to relatives who live nearby. The cabins were cute but see below.

Excellent Sunday roast. Good clean, well equipped room. Spacious and large shower.

View from my room, we got the worst room. Bins right outside the door, very scruffy. The other rooms were OK we had three rooms in total.

It is a basic accommodation which had a ramshackle feel about it.

The accommodation suited our needs of having one night to stay near lego land and Heathrow. The dinner was yum.

In the room the mattress was good but the pillows were awful as they were too hard

Stayed on a Wednesday night for an early flight from Heathrow the following morning. Helpful check in from the staff and easy check out. Nice beer garden and good food from the restaurant.

The rooms are next to the restaurant, we needed to pass through the restaurant to access our room. My check in date was in the weekend, there were many customers in the restaurant. There were 2 tables in front of our room, less privacy & have noise in day time

Everything was as expected. They said we might hear some noise from the bar, but to be honest never really noticed any.

Location was good, for getting to heathrow. Nice food, drink and accommodation. Very clean and the service very friendly.

A nice room near the canal, roomy and clean. Restaurant on site and very good. Excellent value for money and friendly staff...would use again if I come to Windsor.

Location good. Lovely park and canal walk for the dog. The food was excellent and staff very pleasant and helpful. The unit was clean, bed comfortable, water hot. Good sized Tv with Netflix. Everything you need for an over night stay. Value for money excellent
