There was unfortunately a weird smell in the living room, there was a plug in air freshener but this was empty. The smell did not go away throughout our weekend there. The Wifi light is annoying at night, as this was on the ceiling near the bed and it constantly flashes on and off.

The holiday let was lovely, very comfortable and homely. The bathroom was amazing! Very high standard and very good for the price. It was mainly all positive.

Gary was welcoming and informative, the apartment had everything we needed, it was clean, comfortable and spacious. Very quiet at night, we slept well. Breakfast hamper and milk was a lovely touch.

Everything was amazing !It was a lovely location with beautifully maintained gardens.So peaceful and relaxing ☺️ Our apartment(Chester) was bigger than we were expecting and was fitted to a very high standard .The bathroom was fabulous and so warm with underfloor heating .The on-site restaurant and bar were lovely ,the food was delicious and very generous portions .It was a lovely friendly atmosphere.Gary and Hayley were great and gave us lots of ideas for places to visit locally .A wonderful place and somewhere we would definitely recommend.Parking on site too and a welcome pack on arrival was really appreciated .We will visit again .

1 - The host was rude - when I got there no hi how was your drive....I asked if there was a disabled spot outside my apartment, he said,'Oh no, we don't do them' 2 - we had a bar meal brought to our place. When he saw my partner, he would remind him every time he hadn't paid for it - ok, we aren't leaving the country for £27 3 - No dogs allowed upstairs - we were told on arrival - I specifically looked for a place where dogs were allowed WELCOMED. My dogs go upstairs with me. So how on earth was I explaining this one to them on the day we arrived!! If I had known that, I would have looked elsewhere. 4 - Not once during the stay did he ask if we were alright, happy, enjoying our stay.

The apartment/house we stayed in was exceptional....had everything we wanted and was so spacious and clean.

The only main thing was the mattress was very disappointing in our apartment Could do with changing asap And there wasn’t a iron or iron board in apartment as it was described but I must say there was a laundry room somewhere on site

The holiday home was stunning, had everything we needed and more! The staff were lovely and couldn't be more helpful. The home was also absolutely spotless. Couldn't fault a thing, definitely worth a visit :)

The accommodation is unbelievably high spec, absolutely gorgeous! The outside picture does not do it justice at all, don't be put off as once you step through the door it's just lovely! The rooms are huge and beautifully decorated and designed, the attention to detail is incredible! The grounds of the caravan site that the apartments sit in is beautifully maintained, well done whoever does the gardening, would love to revist in the Spring, I imagine it will be stunning! The Trotting Mare pub/restaurant is spotless and very comfortable, lovely pint! It's next door to the apartments but I couldn't imagine it would cause a problem in the summer when the site would be busier. We tried to book for Easter but already fully booked and we're not surprised. Good Luck Gary with your future plans 👍

The only thing we would have liked would have been the restaurant onsite being open (this was just bad timing for us and it normally is open) but we was informed of places to eat which was only a couple miles down the road, so was not a problem at all.

This property exceeded my expectations; the room had everything you needed and more, was spotless and so comfy. We were greeted with a warm welcome and showed to our room. Could easily have stayed for longer.
