The studio was very clean, comfortable, very well equipped, tastefully decorated, in a tranquil location. The owners left a very generous welcome pack of milk,butter,eggs,bread ,biscuits and a lovely bottle of wine which was very much appreciated after a long journey. Ideal base for visiting the surrounding areas. This was our 2nd stay & already booked our 3rd. The owners & their dog sonny are lovely

The Studio is just perfect! Location, interiors, everything just stunning. The night sky is amazing! The hosts are so welcoming and the way they have furnished the Studio is beautiful. The bread, eggs, wine, milk and butter was a lovely touch too. We will definitely return.

Everything was beyond perfect. The little studio was comfortable, warm and ever so welcoming. A beautiful quiet location with a lovely atmosphere. The hosts were welcoming and helpful but left us to ourselves, they even supplied us with a few bits and bobs for breakfast and some wine for our stay. The studio is very well equipped, so you can make a proper meal without feeling as though you don’t have all the equipment necessary. The attention to detail is what really counts in this little gem of a property, everything has been thought of. We had an absolutely beautiful time, we’re sad to leave and will definitely be back if we are ever in the area again.

Very comfortable and peaceful stay in a beautifully decorated studio. Loved the quality wine, sourdough bread, milk, butter and eggs left for us. It's the second time we have stayed here. Close to Totnes for restaurants etc.

The owners are very friendly and welcoming. A lovely property to stay in, clean, comfortable, a relaxing environment with beautiful countryside views. Close to Totnes and Dartmouth. They have thought of everything, and supplied bread, milk, butter, eggs and wine, a very nice touch.

Nothing - honestly our stay could not have been any better. Only one small regret I suppose - that we didn't get to meet Sonny the dog (though we did see him through the window!) :D

We were met personally at The Studio by our host, who handed us the keys and explained the essentials for our stay - very pleasant and warm welcome, which we appreciated after a long drive down! Inside we were greeted by a lovely warm studio cottage, which felt light and spacious. The bed was very comfy, and it was wonderful waking up in the morning to the sound of the nearby babbling brook and local wildlife. The kitchen area is well equipped and had everything we needed for cooking our own meals. We were really pleasantly suprised to find bread, milk and a bottle of wine waiting for us! Thank you so much!

Beautifully presented, snug and quiet studio with countryside views, nearby to Totnes and Dartmouth. Lots on nice little touches, a really comfortable bed and a super-generous little 'welcome pack'. A great place to stay.

There was nothing we didn’t like!

This is a beautiful property, furnished to a high standard. Set in a peaceful location, the studio has a lovely view over the garden. The welcome pack was a generous gesture.

The other reviews say it all - the studio was amazing! Everything is as shown in the pictures. It was very clean, modern, very, very comfy and very well equipped. The location is also great, and it is not far to the coast, towns, or the Dartmoor National Park. Only - as others have mentioned, be prepared for very narrow roads ;) I would definitely recommend staying here.

The studio was a brilliant place to stay. Very tastefully decorated. It had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Amazing quality bedding. The host left a wonderful welcome pack that included milk, butter, eggs, bread, jam, biscuits, tea, coffee, sugar & even biscuits chocolates & a bottle of wine. There is a lovely patio overlooking the hosts garden which was nice to use. We enjoyed meeting the hosts lovely dog Sonny. The studio is very central for visiting lots of attractions towns villages & beaches. We would definately reccomend the studio & would love to stay there again. As a previous guest said it is definately more like a boutique hotel 😊 Demina the host was lovely too.

There is nothing to dislike, a perfect stay

It's an amazing property in an amazing location and so tastefully fitted out with everything you need for a short stay. The icing on the cake was the hosts, Demina and Andrew, such lovely people, and they even left eggs, butter, biscuits, selection of teas, coffee etc etc, and a very nice bottle of white wine cooled in the fridge!

Beautiful very large studio apartment, excellent facilities and everything was thought about. Good range of helpful things left such as cleaning products, foil etc. The hosts had left a bottle of wine and bread/butter/milk which was very thoughtful! A very relaxing stay, wish we had longer!

All perfect

We liked everything about this property, well equipped, beautiful setting, extremely comfortable, and a stunning interior. Great location for exploring this part of Devon. Wished we could have stayed for longer. Lovely touches, such as wine, milk, bread, butter, eggs, biscuits, and even some chocolates. Just perfect.
