Just don't forget it is still a pub, so no quality sleep on Saturday;) Unless you want to join a party!

Amazing play, cozy and comfortable! Recommended for short stays in Brighton!

Great stay at the Stirling Arms. Really comfy and cosy room, with plenty of tea and coffee options and biscuits. Nice bathroom too, clean and very modern. The rooms have a separate entrance to the pub. Helpful staff. It was a perfect stay!

If the place could be put on a low-loader and moved next to Hove rail station it would be even better. Oh, that's silly isn't it?

The room was well appointed, clean comfortable and quiet. We loved the mural on the bedroom wall (see photo) and another in the corridor. Great for food and drink. We had a couple of their small plates on the lunchtime when we arrived, and main meals one evening. All were excellent. There is a good range of real ales and of wines. We left the car at home in Cambridge and took the direct Thameslink train to Brighton. We chose this place because it was handy for Hove rail station, for frequent buses into the city centre from nearby stops, and the pub menu looked good.

The fact I didn't get to sample their menu but it looked good for sure. I'll be back...

Lovely little pub, nice and quiet location. Very short walk to the beach and 20 min walk into Brighton. The bed was sooo comfortable. Great room deco too. Nina was fantastic, so we'll be back for sure. There is a secure entrance to the rooms, so you dont have to walk through the pub itself to get to your rooms.

    Convenient but massively over-priced

Paper thin walls which meant we were woken up v early by someone having a shower. V over-priced considering no breakfast and no parking. We paid more as it was the marathon weekend but having done a quick check on their own website it would still be £169 for one night which is not value for money.

The rooms are beautiful, quiet as in no noise from the pub, and v easy to get into Brighton. Food excellent as were the staff.

Charming pub with a great vibe and room one was more than we expected. Lovely crisp linen, great spacious power shower and everything you need at a fraction of the cost of a hotel..

There is nothing I didn't like. I was a little late getting to the hotel and gave my number incorrectly but the staff were understanding of my error. So nothing not to like.

The staff were friendly and the room was excellent. It was warm and high quality fixtures and fittings. Will book here again when in Hove as it met all my needs.

It would have been nice to be able to have breakfast on site, but there were plenty of cafes nearby.

Just a short walk from the train station, a family we were visiting. Accommodation is just as described and ideal for a short break. Comfortable bed, a good shower and nice selection of tea's & coffee's which were topped up daily. We were expecting a certain amount of noise being a popular public house but pleased to say the soundproofing was excellent with no street noise at closing time.
