I can't find fault with anything.

This is a really lovely property in a fabulous location. It is has been beautifully designed and furnished with interesting touches. The shower is spacious with plenty of hot water. The kitchen while small is well equipped (but there are so many restaurants nearby the kitchen was not needed for our stay). It was extremely clean and well maintained and provided a warm and comfortable base for our stay in mid Feb. There is a lovely terrace but it was unfortunately too chilly and breezy to use during our stay. It is very close to the Cathedral, Castle, Steep Hill etc (literally a 3 min walk) and there are plenty of pubs and restaurants and cinema etc close by. The hosts are very responsive and all arrangements were very easy. I would highly recommend a stay, we will definitely return.

Luckily we had checked the location of the property on Street View before we arrived. I think we would have missed the turning without having done that! There was nothing we didn't like

The location was excellent, with a very easy walk to both the castle and cathedral and near to a good range of shops/cafes/restaurants/bars. The provision of a parking space was a bonus. The property was clean and comfortable and the quirky décor added to the charm of the house. Plenty of information was provided which was much appreciated.

Somehow we didn't receive code for door safe so had to call owner. May have been clitch with booking.com as owner said sent however had no email fro. Booking.com. Once in very happy with apartment

Everything was perfect, home from home, quirky & different !! Plumbing was amazing if you're into that sort of thing, like me !!

The location is incredible, couldn't be better. The property is very unique and it is lovely that the lincolnshire theme is throughout the house. The upcycled items make the property really special. The hosts were very informative and I felt prepared with everything I needed to know before I arrived. They were very understanding.

Large air brick in the bathroom which lets in a lot of cold air. Could do with being smaller really.

Location was brilliant, so close to the city centre. Facilities were great, everything very clean.

Nothing to dislike

The cottage was clean and well maintained and reflected the photos shown on the website. I also loved the industrial decor, it was fun working out the origin of many of the fixtures and fittings. The location is exceptional close to the castle and cathedral.

Perfect location, 150 yards from the castle. Nice and quiet street. The property is cosy but trendy, it has everything you need and it was really clean. Mike and Jane sent helpful messages before check-in and gave us clear instructions for accessing the property and parking. We stayed for two nights and we would definitely recommend others looking to visit Lincoln to stay here. Thank you for such a pleasant stay 😊

Excellent quaint, little cottage, right in the heart of Lincoln's cathedral quarter, literally a two minute walk from the castle. The property was spotless on arrival and had everything we needed. Our daughter loved having her bed up in the little mezzanine in the bedroom! Would recommend for anyone staying in Lincoln.

The only thing I could say we didn’t like was having to leave after only three days as we wish we’d booked a few extra days

It had great character , perfect size for the 2.5 of us . And the cathedral bells softly chiming add a wonderful atmosphere when you rise in the morning and first walk out.

A real gem. Very close to the Castle, Cathedral and restaurants. Accommodation was very clean and had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Also had the bonus of a parking space right outside. Hosts were very welcoming and gave us information about the area. Lovely stay, would highly recommend.

Outside entrance very shabby,few planters would make a big difference, patio area uneven flags and only 2 odd cushions for furniture

Everything was great, keep up the good work.

The choice of decor was lovely, we had all the benefits of a city centre location but inside the apartment you felt like you were I'm a rural cottage.
