My family had an excellent stay. The property was made ready for my family early. The owners were really responsive tothis request and messaged me as soon as we could check in. The location is amazing and the view is beautiful. Although central to the city the location is quiet. Really clean, really comfortable. Perfect for a trip to Lincoln.

Probably the best located holiday let we have stayed in,it was spotlessly clean and had all mod cons,the owners Mike & Jane were very attentive and quick to answer our queries just perfect stay . You can even see the spires of the Cathedral from the patio… Magic!!!

Location was fabulous. Just a stones throw from the cathedral and castle. A lovely elevated position looking over the city. Lots of places within a short place to eat and drinks and a walk down the quaint Steep Hill into the city for shops and even more places to eat and drink!! The property was perfect for 2 (although it can accommodate 2 children in a mezzanine over the main bedroom) Loved the use of old memorabilia around the place Warm and cozy

Exceptional views of Lincoln and so close to the Cathedral and Castle only a two minute walk with lovely shops and restaurants. Park right next to the property, everything was very clean and so cozy and warm, bed very comfortable and excellent communication with owner. Will be staying again.

The location of the Stables is right next to the cathedral and castle. It is a lovely house very comfortable and clean. Great communication with the owner who made us feel really welcome. Would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Lincoln.

So clean and Quint a lovely little place in the heart of lincoln warm cosy and such character The bail-gate on the doorstep the comfiest bed would definitely recommend, communication with the host was fantastic just a lovely little getaway

Amazing location we could hear the Cathedral bells and it was a two minute walk to the castle. The place had everything we needed to cook meals and a comfortable bed. The patio was lovely and would have been even better if the weather had cooperated! The parking spot in Lincoln is a huge plus.

Only gripe was directions given not very clear if a landmark was included example the cathedral, at least we knew where to head as when we put in full address and postcode on AA route map, it came up different location in Dodington?? turned out a bit stressful.

Ladder to lift space was exciting but a little tricky for a tallish adult!

Thoughtfully decorated and really lovely unique touches that made it a very interesting and comfortable space. Fabulous location and very clean.

It's in a excellent location, very close to the cathedral, castle, and Steep St. There are lovely views from the patio. It was very quiet, and comfortable. The hosts were very helpful, arranging for an early arrival.
