We liked that it was out of the way and quiet but still close enough to walk everywhere and we were really close to the beach too which was lovely.

Very out dated and its self serve so no staff available. Our bed was broken. Room was so big we was ecoing. Tiny outdated tv in the corner with old fashioned ariel. Couldn't put the volume up being considerate to other guests but couldn't hear the TV as room was big. Clear signs of paper falling off. Needs bringing back to life. Would not recommend

Ideal for a weekend break. Metres from the beach and all amenities. Room has all the extras you need/want (fridge,kettle etc.). Will use this hotel if/when I ever return to Bournemouth.

The shower's head was loose in terms of stability water running down hose, one bedside lamp didn't work, and there was no chair in the room. Mattress is uncomfortable/hard. The ceiling light shade upside down, so the room wasn't well lit.

Excellent location for theatres and restaurants. Easy access to surrounding areas. Ability to pre-arrange parking a major plus. Staff liaison between Silver How and Booking.com very high standard.

I did not like the location due to some incidents like the break ins to neighbouring hotels

The location wasn't the best however I feel much safer now that CCTV is up. Overall our stay was great. The room and bathroom was lovely and so was all the staff. We are very satisfied :)

Not enough milk, or coffee , sugar , had to wait for hot water to heat up and also the builders waking me up early in morning

Remote control was missing from the room. We messaged the owner as soon as we arrived and he responded quickly saying it would be replaced as soon as possible. Unfortunately we stayed 6 nights without. The room was quite cold the first couple of days despite the heaters being on. It might take a while for the room to heat up so it would be good if they switched the heating on a day or so before arrival. The rest of our stay we were fine. Overall great place to stay. Will recommend.

Extra comfortable bed. Very important for us. Quiet room and location next to the beach. Lovely to be woken up by the sound of the seagulls. Hot shower, it does take a while to heat up but as long as you wait it gets nice and warm. Free drinking water available downstairs.

Could have been some chairs and table the room. It was big enough, but one had to sit on the bed for work or a coffee or snack.

Location just perfect for a visit to city centre or beach. Quiet at night.

The hot water took a while to come on and the pipe for the shower hose was slightly cut so water gushed out of the side of it. However when this was explained we changed rooms immediately which was so lovely!!

The hotel was lovely. Any problems we used the chat to ask for help and there was a rapid response. We particularly liked the water dispenser and facilities such as tea, coffee, water, shampoo conditioner and shower gel this was a good touch! Also having a non-human check-in was weird but also very efficient!
