We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe evening meals need to improve we were not happy with our meal not the staffs fault we spoke to the manager he was as helpful as he could be. Maybe Shepherd-enamel need to change their supplier.
I thought the choice on the breakfast menu very good all was cooked to order.I enjoyed the yogurt topped with fruit and cereal to start with and the pastries were lovely and fresh. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay . As we come by train to Broadstairs the hotel is an ideal location for us it is central to restaurants pubs the beach and lovely coastal walks All the staff in the hotel are excellent .

It’s a great location and the family rooms have great bunk beds and large bathrooms so it feels quite spacious. The breakfast was amazing and you could also walk out onto the beach with the children straight after via the back doors

The room was tastefully decorated and the balcony was beautiful with a wonderful view. The added extra touches in the room were good quality. Dressing gowns etc. breakfast was good and good selection. Reception staff were very helpful and cheerful as were all staff .

We love the sea facing rooms, especially the 2nd floor bay windows. For us the view is what we come for so if the bathroom is small or a bit shabby we don’t mind. The bed and the view are why we come, but the friendly staff and tasty breakfast help.

United KingdomThe cost of my room was £225 but don't believe the room I stayed in warranted this price as there were multiple black marks on the paint work and the skirting boards could have done with a link of paint, one of the Lampshades was stained and there was a stain on the carpet, there was also black mould at the bottom off the shower cubicle, a superior room price should mean a superior room .
Apart from my comments below we had a lovely time, have stayed many times and will be staying many more.
