Huge kitchen to use at own will with outdoor living space. Brilliant room with big TV and comfy bed + sofa bed. Nice bathroom and owner/ manager made the effort to come and welcome us and introduce himself. Will 100% be using again when working in the area.

The offered choices in the breakfast room were most generous, way above expected. All kinds of equipment was provided. The hosts were keen to respond in short notice to a request. Many busses are stopping nearby and the Overground station is a short walk away.

It will be good to have a shelf in the bathroom near the sink for toiletries. Another thing to keep in mind is that there could be noise from other rooms.

The room looks exactly as on the photos. It is well equipped and cozy. The kitchen area has everything needed and the host was very helpful and polite.

A couple of noisy guests middle of the night / early morning but other than that we liked everything!

What a lovely place to stay! It had a real home from home feel and we managed to park right outside too. Lovely big kitchen with plenty to choose from and an outdoor space for warmer days! We were attending a wedding at The Clapton Country Club, which is just a five minute walk from the accommodation so for us it worked perfectly. Our room was spotlessly clean, we were greeted with a very warm and friendly welcome plus tea and coffee made for us after our long 7hr drive! We’d highly recommend and would stay again should we be in the area. Thank you to all the team!

This property is a bit outside of Central London, but convenient if you are looking to be around Stratford or Hackney areas. Overall travel time from the centre is probably 45 minutes to an hour either by public transport or car. But the price is very reasonable to reflect this. The neighbourhood appears safe.

The premises themselves were very clean and well-kept. Everything appeared recently refurbished. The room itself was clean and comfortable. We slept well. The property communicated very well. When we arrived we had to wait a short while to be met by someone who let us in. He was extremely polite and helpful. The communal kitchen is well stocked with cereals, coffee and fresh fruit. There is also a coffee maker and a small refrigerator in the room; there were two bottles of water in the fridge when we arrived, which we appreciated. We would be happy to stay here again if we need to be in that area of London.

Amazing room, clean, comfortable, quiet. 5 min walk to the train station and only 2 stops to Victoria station. Would definitely recommend and stay another time!

It’s a bit cold, the heating wasn’t on during the night

Very nice and decorated room, the aesthetic is just my cup of tea, the landlord and staff are very friendly too! Most importantly, it’s super clean!!! I definitely recommend it to my friends and looking forward to staying in this place again!

A little confusing from the title to know if you're getting en suite or shared bathroom. I thought I had en suite but actually got the shared. No problem because the bathroom was spotless and a good size. With a gun to my head I would suggest bigger towels and a mirror in the room. But no complaints. Very happy

See above * We finally arrived to park at about 21.20, and getting a space was 'only by luck'........phew Your car registration is logged by staff allowing parking on the street until approx' 10.00 the next morning. We departed just after 09.00 so would be very unhappy if a parking penalty comes hither.......wait and see

We were able to give 90mins warning of our arrival and indeed someone was there to meet us. We did get confused with phone directions once we were in the area of the property so we rang (but the person who we were speaking to WAS NOT the person greeting us )- so messages were relayed across - cut out the 'middle man' *.
