We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomLoved our stay from start to finish, but if I had to find fault it would be the bed wasn’t the best. When my husband turned over we kept hearing springs ping 😂😂. Probably how much we ate in Tenby. The room was decorated lovely but was small. But I would definitely stay again.
Great hotel in a fabulous location. Staff really friendly. Hotel spotless. Breakfast great choice, table service which is a really treat.

United KingdomThe hotel ambience was definitely old school in particular the dining room, but acceptable. The only down side, at the front of the hotel was limited car parking and turning to exit restricted. (acknowledged overspill car park is available)
Service in the dining room was excellent helped no doubt by the preorder system at the reception. Meals (dinner and breakfast) were very good. The bedroom was room "cosy" but acceptable. There was no sea view but outlook to the gardens was fine. Access to the beach via the hotel's path was a challenge but fun!!

United KingdomThere was a musty smell in reception when we arrived & the en suite in our room was tiny. Also the lift (which was also tiny) didn't seem too sturdy.... but we didn't have any problems with it though....
The hotel was very stylish, the food in the restaurant was good, the staff were friendly & helpful, the location was fabulous & the sun shone all the time we were there!

United KingdomBathroom a little small and the washbasin impossible to wash one's face in without hitting the mirror! The continental quilt was a bit too heavy, but this of course would suit some people. The route from the bar to the dining room involved going up and down several flights of stairs. This is because apparently the hotel has been converted from 3 houses
All the staff without exception were welcoming, polite and efficient. The room was very comfortable with armchairs by the windows with wonderful views across the North Beach to the town. The food was well cooked and plentiful. Parking easy in front of the hotel with the option of an overflow park below the hotel.

United KingdomOne member of staff who was cleaning steps was quite rude when we needed to pass to put things back in car, car was filthy as pool was being sand blasted/cleaned and covered car in debris. To be fair, the car was hosed before we left however, when it dried and car was covered in chalky/sandy residue.

We received a warm and friendly welcome, had an upgrade to our room which had perfect sea views, staff were all friendly and very helpful, decor in the hotel was lovely, clearly a lot of thought had gone into it, beautiful wallpapers!!. Breakfast was first class as were the waiting staff. We would definitely recommend it to others and would love to stay again in the future.

The staff were all so friendly and helpful, and the food was great. Very cosy lounge for relaxing and a stylish bar. Less than 10 minutes to walk into town and very close to the beach. Would highly recommend.
