Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Room had everything you needed including small fridge bottled water tea,coffee,biscuits etc, dressing gowns & slippers best thing was the very large bathroom. Will definitely stay again.

United KingdomThere really wasn't much to dislike. The only problem with our stay was the closure of the communal room due to the current circumstances. Other than that I can't really fault anything and I am thankful for the stay.
Being such a short walk from the beach was certainly ideal. The room that we stayed in came with a complimentary continental breakfast which was nice for when we needed a little snack. The bed was super comfy and the staff were lovely, plus always happy to chat. It felt a really cosy place to stay.

Lovely hotel just off the main walk in to the town. Had a room on the ground floor with a roll top bath in. Very clean and spacious. No breakfast option but the room had a fridge in that was stocked with milk, orange juice and yogurts. On the table it was set out with Danish pastries, cereals, butter, jam etc. Really lovely thought. Parking easy on streets outside or nearby. Would definitely go again if visiting Blackpool.

United KingdomThe hotel was immaculately clean, fresh and looked newly decorated. The beds were very comfortable and the facilities were excellent. We had a continental breakfast laid out in our room with orange juice, water and milk in the mini fridge which was lovely with lots of choice. Ironing facilities and toiletries were provided. Sam the owner was welcoming, friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

United KingdomIt was an exceptionally cold weekend and we felt the temperature of the radiator in the bedroom was not adequate although it did take the chill out of the room and there was no radiator in the en suite so when entering the bathroom it was like walking into a fridge.
Welcomed in by the owner and shown to our room. Given parking information and all house rules were explained. Our room was very clean and comfortable and we had plenty of fresh towels and tea, coffee and milk were in plenty supply. There was a small fridge in the room and it held complimentary bottles of water.
