The shower was a little underwhelming although it is par for the course, we are just used to something a lot more powerful.

Modern spacious apartment style accommodation with character and a fantastic view over the north Nottinghamshire countryside. Equipped with pretty much everything you need and some nice additional touches. The bed was really comfortable. Communication from the host was fantastic throughout.

Couldn't quite understand the microwave timer system - but that was probably me as I am useless with tech.

Everything about the the apartment was spot on for what I needed. The kitchen, bathroom and bedroom were all in immaculate shape. The biscuits on the table and the milk in the fridge were particularly nice touches. The highest praise is that I would come back for a holiday/leisure stay any time! I am sorry I left in a rush - almost later for work - but I hope you found the keys OK on the kitchen table. Thanks for having me.

I didn't experience anything I didn't like.

The Old School Loft was fantastic. Set in the most beautiful area with views to die for. Great welcome by Jane when I arrived which was lovely. The apartment itself was to a high standard and I couldn't have asked for anything better. I'll definitely be returning.

My partner is a light sleeper and he found it hard to ignore the traffic noise which is audible in the bedroom. I didn't find it a problem, slept 7 to 8 hours!

Very well laid out space, everything needed was there , effective heating - very important in November! Lovely view from the back door. Jane very nice we were a later arrival so keys were in lockbox but she spotted us and got them for us.

Very quiet and private area and the views were fantastic. Everything you needed for a short stay. Milk, wine tea and coffee etc provided. Very informative manual with tips for visiting places around the area. Ideal location .

There was no recycling bin & the steps to the front door are steep with a big bag but that is the nature of the building. The hand rail makes them perfectly useable.

We would have preferred to have blinds on the windows in the living area, and the door, just to add a bit more privacy and ensure it’s not too bright in the mornings (like the one in the bedroom). Other than this really minor inconvenience, we loved it.

I was very happy with the cleanliness of the place and the amount, and variety of appliances to use. We also appreciated the streaming service on the TV, view from the door and the comfy big bed and privacy of the property.

We enjoyed our stay at the Old School Loft, it has been converted very well, providing clean and comfortable accommodation, and parking was available in front of the property. It was conveniently located for us to visit family living nearby. So there is every possibility we will stay here again. The kitchen is very well equipped, the dining area sufficient, and the lounge area is comfortable, the bed was really comfy and a good night's rest was had. Thank you Jane for being so helpful, and for the bottle of wine and shortbread, both were thoroughly enjoyed!

The location was beautiful, the views were stunning. The property was immaculate, with great facilities and made for the perfect cozy getaway for 2. Also a stones throw away from the Black Bull Inn which had MasterChef quality food. Can't recommend it enough.

Being rather tall I struggle to sleep in beds that have an end to them that block my feet from overhanging so I didn't sleep very well either night.

The view from the property is exceptional, sitting at the kitchen table and working whilst looking out the door was excellent. Especially being able to enjoy a nice glass of Pinot Grigio with a couple of ice cubes provided by the host. The apartment has recently been refurbished to a very high standard, it had every you could need.
