Location is incredible. Car park is really useful. Great place to stay. Kids loved it. WiFi is useful as there is no phone signal. Would highly recommend and will return. Views are amazing.

I loved it all. I drive a pickup truck which was a tight squeeze with the parking area and the tiny roads, although it was not really a drawback.....it was great fun! I will return. It was brilliant!!

The Old Post Office was in the heart of the Welsh mountains. Situated in a valley with stunning views.

Bedside tables/shelves above twin beds could be hazardous for smaller kids bumping heads....but then again could just sleep the other way!

Gorgeous location, very well equipped and very clean. Family holiday with teens so the closeness of zipworlds a bonus. Such a treat for city dwellers to be negotiating sheep on roads and seeing waterfalls from every window.

Excelent location if you are looking for some peace and quiet time in a beautiful valley. The cottage is very comfortable and it looks like it would also be a good winter destination. The village is remote without feeling isolated, the walks in the area are superb.

Beds were a little soft but that is a preference thing on my my part

The location was excellent. Rural with beautiful views. Property was of an excellent standard with everything you needed. Close enough for activities but quiet and peaceful. Was very pleased.

Getting here can be a bit difficult i.e finding the place also no cellphone network adds to the anxiety of being lost. Use the postcode provided in the listing do not search for old post office in Google or maps it shows a completely different place. Parking for the property is on the rear of the property, to get here it's the first right after the telephone booth. Its a narrow L shaped road i.e after you take the right the road itself turns left and is now a gravel road. . The parking for the property is at the end of this road i.e its the last house. Parking a big car into this parking can be tricky and initially we struggled with our e-class so if you have an suv or station wagon its going to be a bit difficult. The good part is that there is a school ground at the end of the road, you can open the gate use the ground to turn your car around and drive straight into the parking from the school ground (see pictures). Another problem with the property was water pressure in the shower was very low and if you are running the washing machine the shower gets all confused and runs either too hot or too cold. Despite these minor niggles it was an awesome experience and i will go back here and also highly recommend it to others.

Exceptional place with stunning views all round. The drive to get here is exceptionally scenic too. In the front there is a field with horses grazing they do stop by to say hi sometimes. The property was clean and warm inside and everything we needed like plates glasses spoons towels etc were present. There is a nice easy chair where you can relax and enjoy the views. There was a washing machine and dish washer as well. The beds were reasonably comfortable. It truly felt like home away from home. Although it is in the middle of nowhere with no cellphone network, wifi was present. However the closest shop was a small londis around 4-5 miles away to be fair it was open even at 6:30 pm on a sunday when we arrived. You get most basics like milk, wine coffee etc here. Despite being in the middle of nowhere its actually quite central in the sense that most attractions in snowdonia are a 30 - 40 minute driving distance

My husband and I were surprised that we were expected to share the one double bed bath towel laid out in the main bedroom, however our daughter & granddaughter had packed a bath towel so we were able to use theirs. Probably an error by the maintenance of the place?

Double bed was too small - suggest upgrade it to a King as room has plenty of room. Outside main bedroom the street light was bright. Need clearer directions.
