The house was cosy, comfortable, exceptionally clean, and well-furnished. The location is peaceful and lovely. We were met by our host Jessica who was friendly and welcoming. All in all a great one-night stay.

Nothing not to like

Beautiful property in a picturesque location, lots of open countryside, wildlife, quiet and calm. The coach house was very clean. comfortable and well equipped. Lovely views from the windows, strolls in the grounds or walks further afield. Jessica was lovely, there to help or give advice if needed. It was nice to bump into and chat with Dorothy, a local lady who looks after the pretty little church .

Nothing to dislike!

Well equipped kitchen and a selection of basic commodities provided. Good shower, bathroom and all materials provided. Good wifi and TV, lounge facilities and equipment. Lovely garden and grounds, with garden furniture. Just a delightful place!

Pots and pans need to be non stick. Bed a bit noisy and and the foot board makes it too short for a tall person but otherwise very comfortable.

There is nothing to dislike about this beautiful place.

This is a lovely, lovely place. The coach house which is in the grounds of The Old Rectory, is very beautiful, private and tranquil. It has its own garden and all of the rooms look onto it. It is spacious and comfortable and the owners had made it Christmassy for our stay just before Christmas; even providing a decorated Christmas tree in the upstairs lounge!! A really delightful surprise!! We had a very relaxing time here exploring nearby Louth ......about 2 miles drive....which has a number of individual shops, cafes and restaurants. We enjoyed walking at Hubbards Hills on the outskirts of Louth and you are within a very short drive of the Lincolnshire Wolds.

Lovely hideaway. Just what we were looking for. Good shower, warm rooms. Nice touches within. Plenty of thought put into it. Fantastic mugs for tea!

Perfect, but honest review.. If you want a rural local, this is for you.. The apart is perfect, 2 maybe 3 miles from Louth Town centre. If you like star gazing, it is the best place I have found to date in Lincolnshire! The hosts are friendly, very accommodating, they even give the grass a quick trim (which most people wouldn't of noticed) attention to detail was great. Very clean on arrival, very helpful, lovely grounds, overlooking a large pond If you can bare the winter nights. Situated in 3 acres of lovely kept land too. (Asked to be shown around) glazing pods there too if you want privacy. 10/10 for me and my wife. Also I have never said this on any of my previous reviews, its underpriced and a real undiscovered gem! Jase & Tracey

The television required some inventive tuning but this was a small issue and did not detract from the overall experience which was excellent Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Coach House and plan on visiting again when time allows

The Old Coach House is set in beautiful grounds with scenery a good distance from the main road. The owners are extremely friendly and welcoming and introduced us to our room which more than met our expectations. A minor problem was resolved instantly with our total satisfaction during our stay being a top priority for this lovely couple. I would definitely recommend a stay at this property which will not disappoint

Location was a bit remote which may well suit many people looking for a secluded and restful break. The beautiful garden and peaceful setting was incredibly relaxing.

This is a beautiful property in Lincolnshire , my accommodation was far more than i expected, very clean and had everything you could need including an umbrella . the grounds are beautiful and it's very quiet, sleeping was no problem. Jessica and Darren are the perfect hosts very friendly and accommodating absolutely lovely people. was very loathed to leave , but I will be back. thank you for a beautiful stay. guys x
