Everything was good or outstanding. I had the small single room on the first floor which worked well. The only short coming was the position of the toilet under the eaves. The sloping roof made standing access tricky although the sitting position was fine.

Clean and well equipped. In a good location all parts of the town.

The staff was online only. I can see that some people might like that but we struggled with it. A couple of times it was hard to actually get ahold of an actual person. Response could take up to several hours. I didn't realise parking would be down the street, on the street, if you can find space. The walls are thin so you constantly hear the other guests, so hopefully you aren't a light sleeper like me.

The location is great. The house is nice. The room was good. The man, who fixed the accidental power outage caused by another guest, was there instantly and extremely helpful.

The property smelt damp on arrival and the fixtures and fittings were quite old. The internet was quite slow and there was little room to move past the bed without hitting the radiator.

The care and attention that had gone in to the preparation of the room. It felt like a person had been in there and put thought into the oncoming guest. I liked the parking, made me feel safe going to and from my car in the evening as and when I needed to.

Steep stairs with a narrow tread. (My feet are size 8) Constant traffic on the main road when the window is open. Small room might be difficult for a larger person (I'm size 14 female, 5ft 4ins.)

There was no breakfast. It was a "hostel" situation. My room was a compact single ensuite room, very good value for less than £50pn. Modern communal kitchen, dining room & small lounge. All very clean.

The room was very hot without any air conditioning. even without central heating on. A Even a fan in the room would have elevated this. Instead both windows had to be opened all night which lead to traffic noise being prominent. We had a ground floor apartment and near kitchen and living space...Beware take some earplugs as noise from front door and other apartments could be heard till past 02.30 am. Lovely modern and clean though good facilities.

When I first arrived my room had a strange smell that I wasn’t sure if it was musty or a previous guest was a smoker but the room did smell but eventually by airing it out over the first week the smell faded but the room should have been deemed not appropriate for guests and the smell noted. My bed sheets were changed after the first week which was good but my room bin wasn’t emptied nor the floor vacuumed or anything. I also would appreciate being able to speak to someone regarding the property, having to text or email instead of being able to talk to someone on the phone is very annoying. I didn’t realise this was a completely online accommodation service when I booked it is is very off putting.

The property was close to town centre and the use of keypads was handy, to not have to worry about losing a key. The use of the kitchen facilities and washing machine was very good as I was staying for 2 weeks. The kitchen is nice and well equipped.

I myself didn't like being that close to the road, and unfortunately there was some kind of wild bird, (maybe a cockeril) somewhere outside. I was woken at 5 am both mornings of our stay.

The room was nice, and tea and coffee facilities good. Helped yourself to more, but couldn't find any milk. A fully equipped kitchen and separate dining room and lounge available.

I liked my little upstairs room but I will say that it favours short people. For anyone above about five foot two the bathroom is apt to be a constant headbanger. So, be warned, one simply has to adjust and pay attention.

I liked everything about the place. The online-only system means that one can come and go as one does at home. It was all spotlessly clean, peaceful, and fully supplied with white goods, pots and pans etc. The address is easy to find, on a main through route, with plenty of free parking at all times. An extremely comfortable bed. Friendly and civil fellow guests. Remarkable value.

Too near the road for our liking. Being used to living in the countryside the road was too noisy, too late at night (and early morning). Not sure if there are rooms at the back of the property - may ask if we decide to stay there again.

Good sized, clean room with enough tea/coffee etc for our two night stay. Comfy bed - shower easy to use
