Beautiful decor and spotlessly clean. Nice touches to the apartment e.g little pot of chocolates and all tea making facilities you could need. Everything we needed was catered for. The host also left all the information we needed for the stay, which helped as it was our first stay in York.

Nothing spoilt the break in any way except the useless British weather could have been better !!🌧️

Communication with the Host was faultless from introduction to check in. Apartment very easy to find and good off street parking provided Apartment was beautifully decorated and the little Xmas touches were welcomed. Couldn't fault any aspect of the Apartment. Super light and airy feel to the whole place, large on suite bathroom with plenty of storage for all your stuff Kitchen had everything you needed including Tea, Coffee & Pods, sugar, milk and biccies ! Only thing I couldn't find was a decent size glass for beers. !! Minor. Great stay in a great apartment

Unfortunately the bed was uncomfortable and appears the mattress protector was smaller than the bed so a little restrictive

The only criticism we had, and we have found the same in some other properties, is that there was no shelf in the shower on which to put your soap/shower gel etc. Just a small point but, perhaps because we are older, we find it makes such a difference. Apart from that, absolutely no complaints😊

Location was lovely, in a very quiet street but very handy for all amenities. The property was tastefully and uniquely furnished. Although quite compact, it had everything necessary for a short stay in York. There were also some lovely little extra touches which we had not come across in other holiday rentals. The bed was extra comfy and we both slept soundly every night. Views from windows into the garden gave superb views of birds and squirrels. The host, Stephanie was very pleasant and accommodating when we required an extra night’s stay.

Stunning apartment in a great location. A pub 2 mins away, a Co-op 10mins walking distance and 30 mins by foot into the centre of York. A bonus it has a space for you car, off road.

Tiny bit of road noise in the morning but none at all at night.

Fantastic apartment. Small but perfectly formed and beautifully decorated. 30 min walk to minster etc. Biscuits, chocolate bars and coffee pods all left by the host was a lovely touch.

We didn't dislike anything apart from the fact they stopped the bus in that area about 6.30pm

Loved the decor of this apartment. And the nice touches of the kit-kats,water and milk. Such a quiet area.

There wasn't anything negative at all with the apartment. If anything we would comment on it would be use an Uber instead of the local taxis as they all charged different for the same length of journey. So obviously making the prices up as they saw fit, however it is only about 20 minute walk into the centre which we did most of the time.

Absolutely everything!! The attention to detail of the beautiful decor by the host was outstanding. The personal touches Stephanie had thought of for her guests just finished it off perfectly. The apartment was so beautiful and cosy, with everything we needed for our stay and absolutely spotlessly clean. We really couldn't have picked anywhere better for our 1st wedding anniversary to stay. It was our first time in York and it was a perfect weekend.

the property was beautifully furnished, modern and just a 25 min walk into town . if we could have moved in we would have . Really appreciated the personal touch on our arrival. thankyou x
