Really special! Beautiful touches everywhere, amazing attention to detail. The Yellow Room was a luxurious but homely space filled with light, perfect for our romantic retreat. Delicious breakfast too.

Location very good for where we wanted to go and in a lovely part of Hastings. Absolutely stunning property and the lady that took care of us was very helpful … couldn’t fault it!

Everything!! The beds, the decor, so many extras that made the place so special,(bathrobes, lovely shower/shampoo products, hot water bottle even! Hair dryer), Fabuolous well stocked and well priced minibar, and a brilliant honesty bar in the fabulous lounge. The breakfast room is lovely, light and airy, the brekkie itself fantastic, lots of choice cooked to order. Staff and owners are lovely people, friendly welcoming chatty, the recommendations for restaurants and pubs was spot on.

We stayed in the eves room, which was lovely but probably not suitable for an older couple. If I booked again, I would stay in a room with ensuite bathroom. We loved our stay though!

The breakfast was fantastic. Local, fresh ingredients. The location was also excellent - it allowed us to walk into town for activities, dining and a few drinks.

Loved it all.

The location is fabulous for exploring Hastings. The building is beautiful and our room was simply the best we have stayed in for a very long time. The furniture, the linen, the soaps, the well stocked well priced mini bar. All fabulous. Our hosts Malcolm and Karen are absolutely delightful and Karen's breakfast was exceptional. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Our hosts Malcolm and Karen were so warm, welcoming and attended to every detail. The breakfast was beautifully presented, with a wide choice and everything delicious. Karen kindly allowed our son (who was not staying in the guest house) to have breakfast with us. Our room was very comfortable, with a nicely appointed private bathroom down the stairs.

Amazing hosts ! Fab breakfast , lovely decor , comfy bed , fully stocked mini bar with lots of options 😍 In a really good location , around lots of restaurants and bars and near to the beach ! Hosts went the extra mile to arrange a balloon for my husband too which was greatly appreciated!! We’ll be back !!

Everything was perfect. Just be aware that the parking permit only covers from 4pm to 11am and don’t forget to pay from 11 to 4 for each day of your stay.

Excellent location. Beautifully decorated and lovely touches. Friendly and welcoming staff. Superb breakfast.
