There was nothing I didn’t like about the property, just a couple of tiny things need a bit more attention, i.e., curtain hooks in the lounge area, many are missing, fan in the room was not working, shower head could maybe do with replacing and pole slightly fixing. I did leave a little note in the room. It did not hinder must stay in anyway and I would most definitely return.

I think it was a nice set up, bedroom, small lounge, small garden, with an ensuite. The location is also nice and quiet, and rural. The pub attached was very quaint,. The whole thing was quite picturesque.

no cooked breakfast except weekend's some elements in the room were in difficult positions especially bathroom; couldnt fill the kettle from the basin tap; shelf over basin and toilet paper holder in impossibly uncomfortable positions

Had issues twice with TV signal. Staff did assist but we had to wait a while. Toilet kept dripping so this disturbed our sleep. Landlady said she'd get maintenance to look but it never happened. Disappointed no brown bread whatsoever or marmalade (a staple for breakfast) or no cereals on menu, until I asked then I got them. Room bit dated. Paintwork around door flaky and had to bang door shut to close it.. locks need attention

The shower didn't work which made getting ready in the morning a bit of a rush as had to wait for the bath to run. Breakfast was a disappointment - no cooked option (despite a notice in the room saying how do you like your eggs in the morning), pastries were stale.

The staff on arrival and the service in the bar/restaurant were great.

Really pleasant location and a warm welcome as soon as I arrived. The friendly staff continued in the restaurant in the evening and the following morning at breakfast. Food was also excellent.

Someone else's stuff had been left in our room, which made we think that it hadn't been cleaned properly between visitors. The toilet smelt of sewage when flushed.

Very quiet rooms, spacious and good location worh a beautiful church opposite. Staff friendly. Dinner was very good. Continental breakfast was nice.

We didn’t have a remote for the telly. We asked staff the same night we arrived, waited 3hrs and no one arrived so without a telly all our stay.

The location was amazing! Cleanliness was super, space in the room and the little courtyard!

I had room 4 , right on the car park right next to the bins, so car noise and smells. The cups in the room had been rinsed but were not cleaned. The bathroom had no blind and the sink is too small to use easy.

Pretty, good food, busy bar good atmosphere.
