Unfortunately the previous occupants of our apartment were smokers and we could on arrival smell this we also had to remove a couple of cigarette ends from our balcony. Having said that the apartment was very clean. The other disappointed was that the restaurant wasn’t open during our stay, which we were only informed of on arrival.

Apartment was lovely and clean and very well equipped. It’s a beautiful location,calming and relaxing. It’s close to facilities ie shop marina and a couple of places to eat out or just go for a drink.

the pet policy - while we didn't take our dog on this trip its a pity that they only allow pets for members only

The accommodation and staff were brilliant , due to the waterfront restaurant being closed, we were directed across the road to the courtyard, excellent food and a great atmosphere - we will definitely be back

I felt a bit unwell after dinner in the restaurant, so my friend asked if there were any peppermint teabags we could have for the room. We were charged for the full restaurant price of tea... which seemed pretty mean given the expensive dinner for 4 people and tip we'd just given.

Cottage was lovely & very well serviced. Great location and the wee swimming pool was ideal.

Charges to use the pool and sauna. £5 per person per visit. Disappointing as there were no charges on previous visits. Adds to the cost of holiday having to fork out to use facilities when that's one of the reasons for booking The Kenmore Club!

Exceptional views and apartment with everything you could think you would need was catered for! Staff very welcoming and friendly!

Hard to find anything that could be improved.

We had a loch view chalet which was a bonus, chalet itself was spotless and well equipped. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed but this was not a problem. Would certainly return to Kenmore.

The stay was fabulous and the location was gorgeous. I would only say to improve the drainage system as the dishwasher was not working and the shower was flooding. Other than that everything was amazing. Will definitely come again. Thank you for the amazing experience.

There was nothing I didn’t like, I would suggest that the stair gate in cottage (47) is replaced as it is fragile.

The property was spacious and clean. It had provisions for children in terms of a stair gate and multiple baths throughout the property.

Everything! Location was stunning. Great walks locally. Restaurant was fantastic. Pool was perfect and the accommodation was exactly as we wanted. Couldn’t have asked for more.

Not that I didn't like them, but the sofa and chairs in the lounge weren't very comfortable.

The location is wonderful. The house was lovely with pretty much everything we needed. Due to ill health, I'd requested a house close to the centre of the club, and was 20m away!
