Great foyer & bar area, lovely place to work from or sit and have a drink and one of the nicest places in the local area (not cheapest though). Great location for the Empire or Bush theatre, and only a 20 min walk down to Hammersmith if you’re in town for a gig at the Apollo. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. Great value as well - only £10 more than a Premier Inn!

Attractive decor and very comfortable. a very welcoming and relaxing ground floor - armchairs, book shelf, different seating areas - open bar area and attractive terrace at the back, with lovely planting.

The rooms were smaller than expected, so a bit squishy and I believe it was a bit over priced. But that’s to be expected in London I guess .

It was in a great location. The staff were lovely and the bedding was amazing. The styling was also gorgeous.

We were woken at 6am with what we thought was the fire alarm, we got dressed, headed out the room and realised that it was only our room. Someone came to turn it off (J), twice suggested it was because I'd sprayed something, he did not seem to believe we'd been asleep. I mean we were fully dressed, I had last night's make up on and unexpectedly my husband had made the bed 😅. Perhaps avoid room 132.

A lovely relaxed stay, super clean, staff are friendly and the restaurant food was delicious. Would recommend.

As always a fantastic stay. From the welcome at the front desk (Kevin), to the friendly team in Chet's; and even housekeeping who were so courteous when they knocked on my door a little prematurely.

Room fridge was a tight fit so difficult to open/close. Would have liked to try the restaurant but looked a little pricey. However location meant plenty of options very near by

Stayed in the bunk bed room as was travelling with my sister. The room was very small and difficult to move around with two adults in the room. Room should be marketed and more suitable for children/adjoining rooms.

Very modern, staff were great and very friendly. Lovely toiletries available and amenities.

Breakfast needs more plain choices as everything is alternative taste wise hubby likes good old cooked brekkie. Being told we have purchased a pale ale from behind reception which wasn’t true. We hate pale ale as well! Someone had a drink and put it on our room. When we arrived lobby had no seats avail so we headed out for drinks instead. Shower leaked when in it so bath mat was soaking wet as you came out. Need bigger cups for brekkie tea

Breakfast bar/restaurant staff can be vague but apart from that, this hotel is very highly recommended.

Very highly recommended. New and comfortable hotel. The bar/restaurant has a good atmosphere. Restaurant is Thai. Rooms are very good and stylish, especially those overlooking the green. Tube is close by, as is Westfield and Soho House White City. Notting Hill is close by.
