Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Francecheck-in could be slicker for those arriving late. Perhaps a more obvious sign or even a personalised one telling late arriving guests where to go?
It's a very clever idea, this hotel. It recreates all the comfort of a large full service hotel in the aggregate. On the same street there is a Henrietta cocktail bar, restaurant etc.... If there were a gym (and perhaps there is, I didn't check....) it would a phenomenal offering in the heart of London. Staff are wonderfully informed and socially intelligent. Even though there was a little hiccup on checking in, they were graceful and accommodating. Strong recommendation.

United KingdomOur room had limited storage space. There were a few hangers, but no shelves or drawers. For one night this was ok, but had we stayed any longer it would have been a slight inconvenience.
Our room was small but very comfortable and quiet. The location is superb for Covent Garden and the Royal Opera House. Breakfast was excellent - a true 'continental' breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful. And congratulations to Henrietta for being a 'TV-free zone' both in the bedroom and the breakfast room! Having a peaceful breakfast without the intrusion of a TV screen was a treat.

LuxembourgI woke up at midnight because of the fire alarm, was not a very nice experience :) Henrietta Street itself is quite noisy so you should be ready to that in case your room faces it
This is an amazing hotel! Everything is brand new, clean, so stylish and cozy ❤️ I would definitely stay there again when come to London. Also the restaurant that serves the hotel is excellent. I really loved the speaker in the room, that played the relaxing music. Now I want the same at home :)

United KingdomBeing in an annex property across the street from the restaurant so it was not possible to just have somewhere on the property to just go downstairs and sit for a drink. Room service was available which I would have used had there been a nice dining height table and chair to sit at. I realise this is my personal preference most people would not mind the sofa and coffee table.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this hotel so much. Location is perfect but most of all it is the gorgeous room and all the attention to details like the lemon cookies and a little introductory gift from Sezane with a special discount. We got upgraded and the room is huge with massive window to celling across the bedroom and bathroom. Furnishing is beautiful, chic yet super comfortable. And the bathroom massive & luxurious. We really did not want to leave, it was decadent.

Dominican RepublicIt's important to know the street is closed after 11 am so if you have a lot of luggage you need to take this into account, although the staff helped us with ours.
Excelent location in Covent Garden, a great walkable area with the added bonus of having many restaurants and cafes around. The staff is very nice and attentive, including the staff at the restaurant. Loved the espresso machine in the room.
