Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomAlthough very clean and comfortable inside, we thought that the outside grey rendering would look much better if it was white to fit in with the surrounding properties. The fencing along the access to the property could be reduced to make it easier to get a vehicle on to the parking area.
The location was superb and very central for the island. Very convenient for a short walk into Bowmore. Fabulous view of the bay from the lounge window. The house was well equipped for self catering.

The house is very spacious and comfortable. The house owners catered to our every need and made sure our holiday was very enjoyable. The location is very near to Bowmore, which is roughly 10 mins walk away.

United KingdomThe only problem we had was with the TV. Although Richard willingly came to sort it out we continued to have some difficulties. We did not expect such a complicated setup and think we should at least have received instructions to help us. And maybe both TVs should have been thoroughly checked over before our arrival.
Location (amazing view - we miss it!), space and cleanliness, very good quality linen and towels, two sofas....Two showers.....excellent accommodation.
