Excellent place, the owner Vicky was more than accommodating by working around my son’s football schedule so that we could get breakfast before we left. So friendly & helpful nothing was a hassle. Great breakfast cooked fresh every morning. Loved the Nespresso coffee machine in our room and the room was superb, beautifully decorated, modern and homely with large bathroom and large shower! Excellent place for families and couples. Will definitely return if we come back to Blackpool.

Our family room consisted of 3 separate rooms, so lots of space. Added bonus of having 2 toilets as well! Breakfast was amazing (preordering on WhatsApp was a great idea) and the property lived up to it's title of friendliest B&B 2023!! We will be back. X

A bin in every room and glasses in every room would be better as we all like to take water to bed and there wasn't enough to go around. Unfortunately the shower was not great as anytime you tried to turn up heat, the pressure reduced and likewise, if u tried to increase the pressure, the shower went cold.

Tracey, the owner and host was so welcoming and accommodating. The room met all our needs and exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was first class, a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Just a few little touches, knobs on bathroom cabinet missing,cupboard doors not closing. Being on her own vicky does a great job.

Vicky is an exceptional host, nothing is too much trouble for her. The bed was really comfy. Beautifully clean room bathroom. Breakfast was great too.

There is honestly nothing I can say that we disliked.

This property is amazing. Vicky is so lovely and a great host. When visiting, it's like she is family or a friend that you have known for years. Nothing is too much trouble, and she is happy to help. She is also great with kids. The room is outstanding, so clean and comfortable. The breakfast is gorgeous, and as a family we love staying here. We won't stay anywhere else in Blackpool and we look forward to staying again. Thanks Vicky and see you soon xxxx

Everything was amazing could not fault anything other than 1 small thing, me and my husband both found pillows uncomfortable.

Breakfast amazing, room amazing (huge and immaculate), location good, host amazing couldnt be more helpful and friendly and even posted something for us that my husband left!

Made welcome on arrival. Close to amenities within walking distance. The room was lovely and clean and very spacious. Plenty of tea and coffee at hand. The bathroom has toiletries in case you forget yours. Parking in a safe and secure carpark. Breakfast has plenty of choice for the large or small eater. It came hot with fresh toast. Even managed a snuggle off one of the kittens 😺. Overall I would recommend this place.
