The Double bed mattress was a bit uncomfortable I found it very hard but apart from that myself and my friends couldn’t fault it was a lovely stay.

Four of us stayed for two nights and It has everything you would ever need for a few nights away , very central handy balcony to sit and have a coffee in the morning and a drink before we ventured out for our event & a very helpful and understanding host that made our stay even more pleasurable.

The worn flights of stairs of the building were not very safe and were tricky for everyone to manage, especially with bags. And the winding staircase inside the flat was very loud and shifted when you walked on it.

The location was very convenient for exploring the city and the outdoor terrace space was nice to have with a great view of the castle and the street below. As we were there on a Saturday, we also were able to take advantage of being so close to the farmer's market, which I would recommend. Lloyd was also very responsive and check in and check out were easy and as described via a lockbox.

The property was excellent, very clean, beds were very comfy, kitchen well equipped. Lovely lounge with balcony with views of Edinburgh castle. The host was very helpful, he was happy to assist with any problems and was always very quick at getting back to me. The location is excellent, would thoroughly recommend 👍😀

Nothing, I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend to friends and family.

The host was super nice and communicative! The apartment couldn't have been in a better location, easy to get to Old Town and right by numerous restaurants, shops, and bars. The apartment itself was comfortable for three people. Definitely recommend for your stay in Edinburgh! Just noting that the unit is a three-floor walk-up if you have any mobility issues!

The only tiny downside was that because of its perfect proximity to everything, it was noisy, however this did not ruin our stay.

Beautifully decorated and very clean, extremely conveniently situated in the city centre. Fabulous view. Great communication from the owners.

The view from the terrace was wonderful looking over all the chimneys and roof tops and being able to see the castle. It was a bonus to arrive and the place was really lovely and warm and such a bonus to have a fire in the lounge- nice to have some goodies too in the kitchen. Very comfy lounge and beds really comfy too. Everything really ticked the boxes for us. I like the fact I could send a message to the host and we got an instant reply back with informative information, really recommend to stay her and will definitely be keeping this on my list of fab places to stay 👍🏼😁

i liked everything but the stairs are steep and difficult if you have health problems. Quite a bit of noise outside in the morning when the trash is being taken out. Recommend wearing earplugs.

the location was perfect for a weekend trip to Edinburgh. Lots of fun bars just in the Rose street. I recommend checking out panda ans sons if you want a fun cocktail place. We also went out to eat at Duck and Waffle and we highly recommend it. The apartment is charming and the balcony is great.

The location is ideal for city centre Edinburgh. The apartment was clean and tidy. A real bonus was the balcony which had ample seating and an unobstructed view of the castle.

All was perfect

We were able to leave our bags in the property prior to checking in. We were also invited to check in earlier which was really convenient after our early flight. The property owner was extremely helpful answering all additional questions to help us to get around the city. Nothing was too much of the trouble. The flat is very well equipped in more than just essentials. Very clean and comfortable. The view of the castle complemented everything. The location is great for sightseeing and eating out. We loved the folder left for guests with all necessarily info about the city. We used recommended food places with no regrets We would go back there anytime !

The only initially confusing thing was which door was ours. We ended up attempting to get into the neighbours house as we thought that was the flat. Just a little door number would be a big help!

Everything was amazing. We were super lucky with the weather which made the rooftop all the more amazing! We were nervous about the noise of Rose Street but even that wasn’t at all a problem for us because of the sound proofing

It was a bit cozy for three but it still worked well for us.

It should be noted that as you would expect being a rooftop apartment you would encounter a fair number of stairs in the close but the stairs are spiral and quite tight and fairly worn .For anyone with any mobility issues it would be a challenge .

The property was very central . The rooftop terrace was lovely to sit on on a beautiful sunny morning and have a leisurely breakfast. Also in the evening sitting with a drink or coffee facing Edinburgh castle .
