The staff on reception wasn't the warmest, felt like we were bothering them. The breakfast options are so small we got one tiny hashbrown every other day, for the price we paid a good size breakfast should be included. We got there early and had to wait for our room to be ready at 3pm which was fine but once we got into our room there was hair on the bed and in the bathtub seemed like a rush job.

I loved that there was an indoor and outdoor pool and spa facilities. It's in a great location tram right outside that takes you into the city centre and other prime locations. The hotel had evening entertainment each night and bingo with cash prices. The room was nice spacious bathroom lots of storage space, a fridge which we didn't see till we were leaving, full length mirrors and tv.

The entertainment was very good. The use of the indoor and outdoor pool helped to entertain the kid's. Directly opposite a tram stop. Lovely atmosphere.

The beds could have been more comfortable and the room was in need of some modernising but was nice enough.

Staff were pleasant. We were upgraded to a suit although the room is in need of a little refurb. We had a jacuzzi in our room which was nice and a sea view.

We was not told about having to pay £100 deposit and we was away on a very strict budget just an escape from the kids. So on 2nd night we didn't have money and checked out a night early and went home. so hotel was a waste of money to us very disappointing that not made aware of the deposit

Food breakfast was poor small portions for price can double up for 3.50 but it's expensive enough , entertainment not the best ,kids running round on passage ways at night ,parents fault I know .

The single rooms were old and tired. Even cold for the time of year. I did complain about how cold it was and I was given a mobile heater. The single beds were small almost junior beds.. the mattresses were old with springs poking through and not suitable for a partially disabled lady. I liked the hotel and would return but i would book a double room.

The common areas of the hotel were lovely. Staff were friendly and would join in with laughs etc. Food was excellent. Swimming areas were good

We booked a double room with a sea view but we were given a small double with a side sea view which we couldn't sit and enjoy, a good job it was only for 1 night, was this because we did it through Booking.com? The sink tap was loose (reported) The girl behind the bar on the night, was very brusk and the glasses were filthy. The pool area/changing rooms need a refurb, as does the bedroom we were in.

The AI drinks selection was great, the food was good. The service in the restaurant and reception was excellent. The front area/bar of the hotel was lovely a great place to sit and watch the sunset.

Indoor pool was great for the kids but changing facilities could do with a bit of TLC. We were in an "annex" which was basically a house the hotel owned down the side street! This wasn't a problem for me and my son but might not be suitable for everyone. Overall would recommend hotel to families coming to stay in Blackpool.

The staff were friendly and hard working. The hotel was clean and the room was nice and modern. A nice relaxed friendly atmosphere. Bingo and singers were good in the evening. Nice seating area in front of the hotel for people to relax and enjoy the sea view. Overall really good hotel.
