The floorboards were noisy and could here the people next door every time they walked across the floor, waking us up during the night

nothing all good

first time staying at a hotel in the UK so was abit sceptical but everything was great. Sarah at the reception was so welcoming, lovely and genuinely friendly! extremely clean hotel we got the family room which was super clean and tidy and spacious which the kids loved to run around in. Only downside was that there was no wifi i believe they were getting a new box fitted? so kids got very bored in the evening and wanted to play their games so we didnt hear the end of it Also could have done with a small fridge as it was very warm (went on the hottest day of year so far) but its fine as we ended up buying a mini one for babys milk etc. Other than that it was lovely and right on the promenade so super convenient. Hoping to go back again soon.

Bathrooms are a bit on the small side, however cope able. We didn’t have the best sleep on the 2nd night due to other guests being a bit loud ( however this is not a hotel fault, they do encourage that people are quiet and respect others)

Just home from a weekend in Blackpool staying in this hotel and it was fantastic! It’s run by a lady & her husband (sorry i’m useless with names) who are friendly, welcoming & always on hand should you require it. The rooms are cosy, provided with a kettle / TV and most of all they are clean! They have a bar open till 10pm each night with music playing. We will definitely be returning again!! You do pay a £60 cash deposit upon arrival ( you are made aware of this once booked) and you receive it back as soon as you check out with no waiting around or messing about.

Because of the location, it attracts a variety of people. We had to phone reception at 5am due to a party going on in the room next to us. We had a 3yr old and 5 yr old with us. Reception tried to manage this. Not the hotels fault. Parking is available next door at Queens hotel for £14 over night. Paying a £60 bond isnt pleasant and makes you feel anxious when cheking the room, the hotel have had to do this due to bad customers.

Location was good. Room was clean, looked freshly decorated. Bedding was clean. Typical bnb in Blackpool. Reception was very helpful. Tea and coffee in the room.

After finalising the booking I received a message saying a sixty pound deposit was needed in cash in case of any damages. I didn’t see this advertised before the booking but as long as you don’t damage anything or smoke in the rooms it is returned upon check out! Some of the place could do with a bit of a dusting but all in all excellent place. Will definitely be back!

The room we were given was spacious and cozy. The bed was very comfortable. Staff were excellent. Husband works the nights and the wife works the days. Both so helpful. They have a lovely dog that they keep out of everyone’s way too, even though we were more than happy to say hello ☺️ great location. Excellent value for money.

Rooms could have better lighting, was a little dim for me personally. Neighbours came back very very noisy (no fault of the hotel) which kept us up from 1am - 1:45am. We did try to call the hotel but no answer. Would be helpful to have an emergency number as going to reception in the middle of the night in your PJs isn't something people would/should have to do.

Great location, view of the sea was lovely. Great Value for money! Bathroom was clean and beds were very comfortable, tea/coffee extra.

Just the fact we had our 2 year old with us and felt like she had to just sit down because if she got a little mark on the wall or bed we was st risk of losing a deposit and it shouldn't feel like that you should feel relaxed on holiday.

Front of house staff were really welcoming and pleasant. And was really helpful and considerate when my daughter had an accident and gave directions to hospital.

A little noise when other guests return but that's to be expected in any hotel.

On arrival the lovely woman at reception was very welcoming. Our room was lovely and had an amazing view of the beach. At night the lady at reception was replaced by a gentleman and I say gentleman as he also was very polite even opening the door when we arrived back. Will definitely stay here again.
