Convenient location for what I wanted. I was able to check in early and staff were around to give the the room key.

Everything was fine so complaints.

This was our first experience of a contactless hotel but it ran very smoothly, we were contacted by the Hotel with the codes needed and they worked well. The room was large, very clean and well equipped.

The bed was very small and soft and the tv was tiny!

The bed was small for two of us and the spring mattress was wobbly. You can feel the air coming in by the window frame.

It's a lovely cosy place. Apart from the noise of the main road, it's a quiet place. There are many places of interest around. Breakfast and lunch are available. The staff is helpful and kind. We would go back again.

Arrived at 20:45 to find the bar and restaurant were closed. The website stated they would be open later.

Bit strange with no manned reception. Access was through a keypad and the code was sent the evening prior to arrival.

Room was warm and spacious and the location was great though a little away from the town centre. Very cheap and clean.

Furniture and decor is a little outdated, but still nice and well-maintained. The bedside lamps get dangerously hot, I went to move the light to read at night and burnt my hand.

Staff all very nice. I appreciate the no-contact check in and check out. I had to wait in the lobby for a few hours after check out for my partner to pick me up & was offered a free coffee. Very nice and genuine staff

Hotel lacked atmosphere, I was the only person in the bar that night. Not an issue as within a 1km walk there is a choice of pubs for both drinks and food.

Simple to access with key codes and no need for reception.

Comfortable bed. Clean, with just enough of what we wanted. ...a little hot in the room, but nothing to worry about.

It was an over night stay, ideal for what we needed. Would book again.

I booked a deluxe king double room. I thought that it was neither deluxe or a king. If I had paid the full £140 price I would be asking for my money back.

The discounted price made the stay ok. The room was warm, clean and tidy.

Got woken up at 01.10am someone asking to check bathroom as water was dripping through ceiling in room below, but not from my room when they looked.

Room 15, beautiful room up on top floor. Immaculately clean & confortable. Nice bed, linen,towels etc.

Would have been good if the bar area had stayed open a bit later for guests. Closed around 9pm and nowhere else close by (apart from Dunkertons which we had been at) for refreshments in the evening.

We were there for a visit to Dunkertons so was the perfect location, just a 10 minute walk to where we wanted to go. Really clean and comfortable, a decent sized room for an overnight stay.

Walls are thin you could hear EVERYTHING in the room next door including coughing and snoring!

This was much nicer that we expected the room was spacious and had all we needed. The only downside is no breakfast is served there.

They have a bar but you pressure to sit and eat as there is no var area. Beer very very expensive, food patchy, expensive steaks overdone, fish well cooked. Communications a bit lacking about when things open shut etc..no room service and no way of talking to anyone unless use emergency mobile numbers.

Liked the come and go as you please.

Mattresses needed to be more comfortable

Loved the location, value for money, and great spaces for our family of 5. Easy check in and communication. Rooms were excellent . Highly recommended!!!!

Excellent central location. Contactless hotel but good communications from Staff ref keys, key safe, instructions etc. Room very spacious (twin room) very warm. Nice en suite shower. Quiet place. Perfect.
